	T.O.S 2017 MY TERMS OF SERVICE: By buying from me, you agree to my Terms of Service, so please read carefully! -ANY AND ALL PAYMENT MUST BE UPFRONT AND THROUGH PAYPAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. -Payments MUST be in USD. -(As Of 6/12/2017) I do not and will not do refunds. Any charge backs will be blasted on beware. -Payment MUST be made within 24 hours of commission request and approval, or by YCH auction end-time. Any nonpayment after 24 hours without a legitimate excuse will be canceled. -In the case of YCH auctions, NO FAKE-BIDDERS. Any bogus bids will result in Being blocked and reported. -Winners must pay within 24 hours of auction end time. Any nonpayment without a legitimate excuse will result in termination of win and will be moved to the next winner. In the result of no winners, the YCH will be recycled for a later date. [Special note: I often announce emergency commissions where im low on food and will do simple pieces for cheaper than potential listed prices.] -I take all commission requests, however I also have the right to refuse any commissions presented to me, whether I feel it be too difficult, too time-consuming, etc. -I am willing to design new characters for you. However, a detailed description will be needed of the character. Additionally, i design and create them how I will, based on what you give me. When the commission is finished, you may request additional SIMPLE changes on the character. However, an additional fee will be charged per my discretion and payment must be provided before changes are made. -Things I WILL NOT DRAW: • No more than 3 characters in one scene. (Some exceptions will be accepted for a fee under my own discretion) • Scat • Watersports • One-styled comics. • In another artist's style. (You can reference. but it will be in my own style.) • Rushed complex backgrounds • Extreme gore • Complex Mech fullbodies (Don't be afraid to question me on something that isn't here) -DO NOT ask me to violate FurAffinitys TOS. If you would like to request a piece that could potentially violate their TOS, contact me via email first. -I will not accept any adult art requests by anyone under the majority. You must be 18 years or older to request adult art. -I will not accept general art requests from anyone under the age of 16 for legal reasons. -My ETA varies, but do not rush me. I work as fast or as slow as I please. My typical turnaround time could be anywhere between 48 hours and 1 month. Due to some personal inconveniences or complexity, the process may take longer. -You may post the finished commission on any site that you'd please, as long as you give explicit credit to me while posting. -I reserve the right to post the commission on any site I am a member of. I will not sell the finished piece to any 3rd party members. -I reserve all the rights to my artwork; personal, commissioned or otherwise. I also have the right to my gallery and may add or delete your commissioned piece as I please. -If you did not commission the piece and did not discuss posting one of my pieces with me beforehand, you are strictly forbidden from posting said piece. -You may not claim or re-post my work as your own -you may not publish or resell my work unless you have obtained the rights from me beforehand. -I sign all my work for legal reasons. If you would like an unsigned version of your commissioned piece, you may ask for it. -Any edited or unsigned postings of my work will result in being reported, as well as losing your posting and commissioning rights. -You may NOT harass, bully or disrespect me or any of my customers on my page or on my art in any way.
