How to commission me.
Send a note with title marked as
"COMMISSION" if you're going to order something
"QUOTE" if you just want to request a price quote for the future.
Please have everything ready in the note: reference of the character and any changes that may apply (for outdated reference sheets. Please provide example images), pose, outfits/accessories, background etc. Mind that my English skill are intermediate, and i CAN'T understand most of slang/abbreviations, so please write your request correctly.
Sometimes commissions are taken by journals/submissions comments: just fill the form provided in comments or by note if you want to keep your commission private (on this point, ALWAYS clarify if you want your commission to be private).
About references and stream commissions.
I'll work on reference commissions only on streaming or with a constant and active communication. In case of doubts or answers regarding your character design, i'll contact you. If i'll not receive a reply in 5 days, i'll finish your piece anyways and i will NOT be responsible if the reference will not come out as expected. I can do minor edits even during lineart or color process; in case of major edits, i can ask for an extra.
About stream commissions, i'll work on your piece when you'll be online. If not, i'll be free to work on someone else's or regular commissions in case no one shows up. It doesn't apply to regular commissions, that will be streamed just for entertainment.

• Anything hateful toward any gender/ race/ orientation/ religion/ etc.
Payment and cancellation.
All prices listed are an estimation and will increase depending on the complexity. I require full payment upfront through Paypal, if the commissioner resides in Italy i accept Postepay payments if Paypal is unavailable. PLEASE wait for my confirmation before sending payment, and include your username in the subject line.
If i'll not receive your payment in the specified time (usually 1-3 days), i'll warn you by note. By failing to pay again, after a week from accepting your commission, your order will be automatically CANCELLED.
After payment, by cancelling an order for any reason (artist or customer choice), you'll NOT receive any refund and i'll reserve all rights to change everything already done into an original piece, a ych auction or a base. I'll may cancel a commission if the customer doesn't respect any point of this ToS.
Edits.
I'll allow any edit during the sketch phase. I'll do several sketches and annotations if needed to let you understand what will be done as clearly as possible unless it's an artistic freedom commission. The commissioner has the right to trace over the WIP pictures if they do not believe the artist understands what their vision of the piece is.
After sketch approval, i'll allow small edits during line work phase free of charge. If edits are incisive, i'll ask for an extra. During the color phase, unless it's a painting, i'll accept color variations ONLY. I'll NOT accept to do edits to a painting while it's in progress, unless they are small things of little importance or I, the artist, consider it necessary. Any change will be communicated to the commissioner.
About fursuits, parts and craft works.

I require full payment upfront, shipping not included. A sketch of the final idea will be presented to the client. After approval, i'll not accept any change to item's or character design's. If your item is sensitive to hurts and scratches, you'll be warned. I'll not provide refunds for damaged items. In case the postage lose your item, you can ask for a refund of 30% of item's price.
Shipping.
Your package will be shipped using the Italian postal service; you cannot receive a refund if the package is damaged. The reason for this is once the package leaves Italy, the order cannot be tracked. For shipping fees quote please contact me.
For international customers: it is YOUR responsibility to research your local customs taxes.
If the shipment winds up costing more than this due to distance or weight, the customer is obligated to cover the difference.
