Terms of Service💜 Please don't upload any of my artwork without permission or unless you commissioned/purchased the artwork.
💜 Please don't steal, trace, edit or use any artwork in my gallery in AI or Animation Platforms.
💜 Please do not edit the artwork/updates you may receive from me to display amends, descriptions are more than sufficient.
💜 Commission prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each piece the person is asking for.
💜 Payments are always upfront, if the value is too big then a negotiation should be discussed and agreed on by both parties.
💜 If you wish to split the payment between different PayPal accounts a small fee might be added to each part in order to cover PayPal fees. (depending on the overall price this mostly applies to large sums).
💜 Payment is expected within 24 hours once the terms of the commission have been agreed upon. The commission cannot be agreed upon or confirmed until all the details have been provided along with a PayPal email in order to send an invoice.
💜 The Client must discuss any deadline expectations with the Artist before payment.
💜 If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive or special gift then this should be discussed during the conversation between client and artist.
💜 Clients will have the opportunity to request changes in the art piece, during the process stages. Asking for more elaborate changes will result in further charges depending on the complexity of the amends. Amends regarding the style of the artist's work will not be considered.
💜 It is the client's responsibility to provide all details of the commission at the beginning of the transaction. The client mustn't change their mind about the commission's initial brief once provided and started on.
💜 A refund can only be issued before/after the initial rough sketch. A refund will not be issued after further progress.
💜 Communication between artist and client can be by email or social platform of the artist's choice be it FurAffinity, Facebook or Discord.
💜 The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behaviour, and/or personal circumstances.
💜 The Artist ensures the Client will receive updates on commissions/purchases when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check-in when they feel it’s necessary for updates or reminders.
💜 The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason. Please read the full list of 'WILL NOTS' on this page.
💜 The Artist retains full rights to all of their work. This includes copying, editing, printing, re-posting and selling. Commissions containing other owners characters are not sold outside of the commission transaction.
💜 Under no circumstance may the commissioner or anyone else claim ownership of the artist's artwork, nor repost it as their own creation or ask their work to be taken down due to personal circumstances. Origami-Orange’s art is protected by copyright, trademark.
💜 The client has the right to repost the finished art they have commissioned, with proper artist credit. The client has the right to make prints for personal use (con badges, posters, etc) but not for resale or commercial use. They do not have the right to sell or edit the artwork under any circumstances. (You can re-sell adopts for the same price they were purchased).
💜 The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before enquiring about a commission with the Artist.
💜 By sending payment, the Client agrees to comply with the above terms. |

Will Not**WILL NOT DRAW**
Types/themes of commissions that I will not take, this list is made with care from experience, it's nothing personal I'm just not very good at drawing them or don't enjoy the topics. Sorry!
**WILL NOT** take commissions that:
❌ have been sketched out for my reference
❌ with self-image references such as selfies, nude images etc.
❌ half completed by other artists
❌ depict political agendas
❌ depict hurtful/slanderous/suicidal/extremely violent topics (blood is fine)
❌ depicts rape (hypnosis is fine)
❌ are 100% fan based characters. (Fan-based OCs & scenarios are fine)
❌ are large comic projects (1-3 pages is acceptable)
❌ contains vore/hard vore
❌ contains amputation erotica
❌ replicate other people's work or commissions I've done previously, I prefer each piece I do to be unique.
❌ Characters with extreme bloated or inflated breast/genital/muscle
❌ contains hard BDSM/urine/scat/diaper/vomit fetishes
❌ depicts the use of drugs (smoking and alcohol is fine)
❌ contains sexual depiction of minors or child-like characters (smol characters such as goblins, kobolds etc. are fine so long as they appear adult) |

Be Safe From ScammersThere have been so many cases recently of people getting scammed via fake profiles impersonating artists.
It's super scary, and I don't understand it - but I thought it might be wise to post a bit of info about platforms I work from, and what I don't do.
I DO NOT:
❌Contact you asking for commissions/adopts/YCHs:
I never have, I never will. I will only ever contact you if you have claimed something via my main platforms - or about a commission update, a deadline update or anything pertaining to a purchase/enquiry already in effect.
❌Ask you to send me money:
I will always ask for your Paypal email and send an invoice for payment via my Business Paypal Account. I don't take payments any other way nor do I ask you to send payments to my Paypal email.
❌Add you as a friend unless I know you:
I would only ever send a friend request if we work together frequently - or if you'd asked me to do so to send references or other info etc.

❌I don't ask for USD:
I'm based in the UK - and for business purposes can only accept GBP - when an invoice is sent via Paypal, it will automatically convert the payment for you into your currency.
My prices will always display GBP.
