My terms of service - T.O.S.

General info

- By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service
- There might be slight differences between the draws in my gallery and the draw you will receive
- For commissions of ocs is required some references,I prefer reference pictures over text descriptions but i accept both. But please be clear and simple in your descriptions because english is not my native language and I can have some difficulties to understand you
- I do not draw NSFW
- I have the right to refuse any work for any reason at any time
- I reserve the rights of cancelling your commission if you have been proved troublesome in any way
- Trying to scam me in any ways will result in a permanent ban from all commission
- If you file a chargeback against me without discussing it with me before or after I finished your commission, you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore (commissions, adopts etc..)

Copyrights

As the artist and creator of my images:
- I retain the right to use the finished or edited products for post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters) and promote myself with it in any place
- Recycle artworks rejected by costumers for other professional and/or personal use
- I have full rights to all my images, these commissions are for personal and non-commercial use. This means you can't redistributing and/or reselling them

As the commissioner you:
- Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page ,with no profit purposes like use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype etc... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it
- Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale
- You can't change, modify or use my works without my permission.
- You can't reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
- You can't take credit for the art
- You can't remove my watermarks /signatures

Work process

- I'll send you a sketch for your approval before starting the lineart. This will be the only time you can ask for changes without charge
- If you need your commission to be made by a certain date, please inform me
- Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten
- I will try to finish your picture as soon as i can, but the work process will take from a week to a month
- No edits will be made after the sketch part, so make sure that you like everything before saying I can go ahead with the rest of your artwork.

Payments

- I will only accept Paypal in euro and deviantART points payments.
- I require full payment before I start the artwork.
- Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission
- If payment is not received in 48 hours after I've placed the invoice, unless stated otherwise previously, you will lose your slot

Refunds

- If for whatever reason you decide to cancel the commission before i have started it you can get a refund
- If you decided to cancel the commission after I have started , you will receive a partial refund (50%)
- Artworks are non-refundable once finished

Adoptables

Purchase of a character

Rules:
- Credit me for the design
- Only the owner of the adopt is allowed to use the adopt
- You may gift or trade the adopt after purchasing it
- Adopts are only allowed to be resold at same price or lower value. They can be resold for a higher price only if there is extra (commissioned and not) art included, which it will add value to the price of the adopt
- You are free to do minor edit to the design to your liking as long the changes are small and the design doesn't differ too much from the original
- no refunds
- payment through paypal in euro
