-I reserve the right to decline any commission at any time for any reason

- I retain the right to post any artwork i have created to any site at any time. private commissions can be ordered, please let me know before payment if you would like your commission to be private

- You may NOT use any commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless we have a previously discussed agreement

- i require payment up front and in full before work can begin

- All Prices Are in USD unless Stated Otherwise Payment is only done through paypal or Square, unfortunately I will not be able to accept other methods of payment at this time

- If you decide to cancel the commission before work has started you are entitled to a 100% refund (Minus Paypal fees)

- Once work is started you are entitled to a 60% - 10% refund depending on how close your piece is to completion,
