Terms And Conditions WHAT I WILL DRAW
I am fairly open to settings, fetish and ideas. However i keep the right to deny any idea that doesn't resonates with me, or that i am not comfortable drawing.
I know this is pretty vague, but i'd rather take the matter of subject in a case per case basis over just say no to a whole spectrum of ideas because of something in particular.
WORK ORDER
Planning:
-You're welcome to message me anytime, on any of my given platforms (FA, Telegram or Twitter) to discuss and plan a commission, as well as to inquire anything about my work, slots or anything to the sort.
PAYMENT
-PAYPAL ONLY
- Slot is only secured with payment, and i take full up-front payment ONLY.
-I will send you a Paypal.me link for you to make the transfer. After this, payment must be secured within 48 hours, or you must give a reason and date for it. Otherwise the slot might be claimed by someone else.
-Once payment is confirmed, i will give you a time window in which i will be working on your piece. (usually 1-2 Months)
Sketching:
-Prior to this point, you're entitled to cancelation and a complete refund of your piece.
-I will be sending you either a sketch or some pose thumbnails for you to approve. Once approved I'll move on to line refinement. On this stage, you're entitled to ask for as many changes as you want.
-WIPS will be sent between any correction or when asked.
Line-Refinement:
-Once into this stage, you can still cancel or ask for a refund, but a deduction will be made depending on how much time and work has been already spent on the piece. This deduction may range from a 15% to a 50% of the original price of the piece.
-In this stage you can still ask for mayor changes or additions, But after the first mayor change has been made, i will charge 15 USD for any additional "re-work"
These being:
· A completly new pose
· A change on outfit/props/background that requires me to re-draw the piece
-WIPS will be sent between any correction or when asked.
Base-Colouring:
-At this stage only smaller changes and corrections will be made. And refunds will NOT be given, under any circumstance. If cancelled, the piece will be either recycled for a YCH or another commission. Or completely scrapped
-WIPS will be sent between any correction or when asked.
Shading/Rendering:
-At this stage only smaller changes and corrections will be made. And refunds will NOT be given, under any circumstance.
-WIPS will be sent between any correction or when asked.
Post-Work
-At this stage the piece is practically finished, i will only be working on smaller corrections or post-work effects and such.
-Once finished, a file (PNG) Will be sent to you and the commission will be considered finished.
I WILL send WIPS between each stage as well as at any given time if asked for them. It is MY responsibility as an artist to keep you updated on the commission's process and stage. Just bear in mind that time-zone differences and real life nuances might delay any answer. Be patient, Be Polite, I will be back to you within 24 hours.
The whole commission process, from Sketching to Finished usually takes me about two weeks (14 days) But complexity or corrections/changes might delay this process.
RIGHTS OF USE
Rights of the author
-The copyright on the final art belongs to me. I have the right to place on the art signature with my nickname and other info, to place the final art in my own gallery on other resources, to use the final image in other projects, artbooks, portfolios, etc.
Rights of the customer
-The customer has the right to use the image in any non-commercial purposes. But must credit the artist (That being me) on any of these public uses.
For commercial use or similar intended purposes. Terms will be negotiated with the commissioner directly, and taken to a legally binding contract.
Clients are NOT permitted, under any circumstances to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens. Any use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with Non-Fungible Tokens, Cryptocurrencies or Blockchain is strictly prohibited.
Failing to meet and acknowledge any of this terms may result in the immediate and unilateral cancelation of the commission.
By commissioning me you are stating that you AGREE to these terms.
Last but not least, I want to make clear something that could be considered my whole work philosophy core.
I'm here to make YOUR vision, come true, this vision being the concept of the commission you hope to get from me. My work is not to impose my view over yours, but to help you get yours done, brought from the amazing world that is everyone's imagination, to at least a bit more tangible one, where it is a visual representation of it. |
