⭐️TERMS OF SERVICE⭐️
I reserve the right to decline any commission that is not in compliance with these terms.
PAYMENT
🔸The price will be finalized while communicating what you would like for your commission. Please see commission prices below.
🔸Full payment is required upfront. I will not begin working until payment is received.
🔸Payment must be in USD via Square invoice. Paypal will not be an available option due to fee fluctuation.
🔸Payment is non-refundable. All sales are final (however, if I decide to cancel a commission, a refund will follow).
🔸Additional charges may be applied for the following: rush orders, revision requests past the rough sketch phase, highly complex character designs, multiple complex accessories/weapons, and added characters. This will be communicated clearly with the commissioner through our correspondence.
PROCESS
🔸TO COMMISSION ME: Please send a note or email me at phuzface[at]gmail.com with the following info:
🔹your email and/or preferred social for our correspondence (ie telegram, bluesky, etc)
🔹desired commission type
🔹brief description of your character's personality, any expressions or poses you would like for me to draw
🔹reference pics of your character, pose(s), clothes, accessories
🔸If you have a hard deadline, please inform me. Otherwise every commission will be addressed on a "first come first serve" basis.
🔸Turnaround time is approximately 1 to 4 weeks. However, I am happy to accommodate to rush order deadlines for an added fee.
🔸After receiving your Square invoice, I will begin working on your commission.
🔸Please be prompt with communications.
🔸Commission status will be tracked on my trello.
🔸A rough sketch pass will be sent to you for approval before the final linework and coloring phase. During the rough sketch phase, you may ask for revisions. You receive one round of revisions free of charge. Major revisions can only be done at this time. Further revisions come with an added fee per round of revisions.
SHARING TERMS
🔸You may share your commission on social media. You MUST credit me, preferably to my bluesky phuzface.
🔸When properly credited, you are welcome to use your commission for any personal applications. It is also your right to not publically display your commission, if that is your desire.
🔸I will post commissions online (portfolio and social media) and may display them at conventions to advertise my work to others.
🔸You may NOT use my work for NFTs, blockchain technology, crytocurrency, AI generation, or any future invention in the field.

🔸By selecting the NSFW option on any offered commissions, you acknowledge that you are 18+ years of age.

🔸Do not try to convince me to draw anything I have listed in the WILL NOT DRAW category. This is non-negotiable. Any attempt to do so will result in prompt cancellation of the commission and a refund. |

SKETCH PAGEI will fill a 9"x12" page of rendr paper with colored pencil sketches of your character!
Based on any refs and preferences you have, I will draw them in several different actions, emotions, and poses in a variety of ways (full body, half body, bust, chibi, facial expression, favorite object/food/beverage) in order to fill the page.
Will also include custom word art of your character's name if desired!
Can be SFW or NSFW if specified, no extra charge! |
