Terms of Service Please read this thoroughly before contacting me for a commission. Note that this is NOT a legally binding contract, but simply to commission me as an artist. This has been made and edited over the years to streamline the process and reduce confusion. Thank you!
Payments on commissions must be made upfront and in full, or half upfront and half after. I reserve the right to decline any commission if need be, as well as the right to cancel your commission at anytime before progress has started. If this is the case, you will receive a full refund. I will not issue refunds if I have passed the sketch phase, unless you have an emergency pop up. Please be sure that you are 100% certain you want to commission me before contacting me. I do unlimited free edits, however I'll only do major edits in the sketch/lineart phase. After this point if I royally mess up with a color, or miss a detail that is my fault it will be changed in any phase of the commission.
I will provide you with work in progress shots of the sketch / flat stages of your piece, but please do not harass me for WIP's at every stage of your piece.
You are free to crop / edit your piece for use as icons, banners, etc. If you get a ref sheet from me then you can do anything you wish with them, just please remember to credit me as the artist :). You do not have permission to profit off of your piece, though you can obviously sell/trade/donate your character and any art I've made to whoever you want. If you'd like to, please contact me and explain your case, exceptions can be made.
Be assured though that I will never use your piece for sale (only in advertisements for my work), and in regards to ref sheets and adopts I will never try to claim your character for my own for any reason. As soon as you buy a character or ref sheet from me that character is your property, and I am only the artist.
Will do:
•All pairings/genders/species.
•NSFW/SFW.
•Kinks.
Will NOT do:
•Anything Illegal/Extreme. Ex.: Beastiality, Pedophilia, Vore.
If you ask for or are into any pedo/beastiality stuff you will automatically be blacklisted and blocked.
I also offer Comics, Icons/Badges and MANY more! Please message me if there's something you'd like but do not see here. Chance is that I can make what you're after!

Reference SheetI can do ref. sheets off of already existing sheets or text descriptions.
I recommend at least having a front/back of flats, head shots that show range of emotion, and some hobbies/info.
Prices range depending on complexity, if rendering is requested (I highly recommend having the front/back of the character not rendered.), and other shots are requested. |
