RULES

- Sales may have different prices than those shown here. These are the Normal prices, so unless a sale is presently going on, these are the prices I'm going by!
-Most fetishes are okay, but I may ask for details on their meaning
-NO: Scat, water sports, underage, non con or vore. This list may get larger in the future.
IMPORTANT
I am free to, at any time...
a) Refuse a commission for any reason. No matter if the requested item is or is not on my list of blacklisted content, if I so choose I can decline to work on any commission request based on my own comfort and workload.
b) Decide I can not complete a commission for any reason, at which point I will refund you the amount paid. After commissions are agreed upon, I can at any time and point in the process inform you I can not complete the commission. At this time, I will A) refund you the amount paid. Or B) If you still wish to use, claim rights to, or post the wip of a discontinued commission, 50% of the original asking price must remain with me. It is, as any point I choose to discontinue a commission, the Commissioner's Choice whether they wish to go with option A or B.
c) Display a commission for advertising or portfolio purposes, post commissions on my gallery or patreon, and reference commissions to perspective clients as an example of my work. After a commission is complete, the commissioned image is free to use by the commissioner in any way they see fit with credit to the artist (me) excluding claiming it as their own art. I am however, still free to display the commission where ever I so choose, with credit to the commissioner. I am also free to show others the commissions you have received as examples of finished products at any time. This includes commissions that are being used for commercial use.
d) Raise or lower my prices to whatever price I see fit. I am free to charge more or less money at any time for a commission of any kind, for whatever purpose or reason I deem reasonable. This does not effect commissions that are already paid for, and does not effect commissions that are already complete. Amount owed is dependent on prices at time of payment and will not be charged retroactively. In addition, a commissioner may not at any time demand the price be lowered to match a lower price, whether or not the product was at one time that lower amount.
You, as a commissioner, at any time are free to...
a) Request a status update on your commission I am happy to give you wip updates on request of any image you have commissioned, as long as progress has been made since the last request. If you are not sure if your commission is being worked on, please check my pinned journal entry labeled Queue for basic information on my workload and the status of your commission. This does not give you permission to harass, badger, or spam me regarding your commission. If you request WIPs of any kind, at any time, the work on your commission will be suspended until I receive feedback from you. Please keep this in mind when requesting updates.
b) Request additional content, at an additional charge At any time during the commission process, you are free to add to your commissions original specs. Please keep in mind that this option Will cost extra money in addition to the amount already paid, and may, depending on how far into the process of creating the image I am, result in a charge equal to or greater than the cost of the original commission. This event may occur if you a) Make a change request late in the commission process, b) Make a change request that changes the entire composition or positioning of the image, or c) Make a change request that requires me to redo any major amount of the image from scratch. If this does occur, you will not receive a refund for the original image. Instead, you will receive both images at whatever stage of completion you had requested. In the event that a change does not require major overhaul of the image, or does not effect the progress made thus far, you will still be charged ahead of time, but will only receive the finished product as normal.
c) Post the commissioned image on your own account or website When you commission a piece of art from me, the image is yours to do with what you wish. As long as proper credit is given, you may post the image on any website you choose provided you are the commissioner of the image. If you are commissioning me for something you intend to use for commercial purposes, IE, as a banner for a website, advertisement, illustration for any purpose, or for a graphic on any physical item such as a phone case, t-shirt, or any other product meant for sale, you must tell me before payment, and extra charges will apply.
d) Request changes to the wips sent for no extra charge up until the point I inform you I am finalizing. Small changes and corrections are accepted and encouraged up until the point where I inform you I will be finalizing the image. In the event that you have a correction after approving the final WIP before finalization, extra charges may apply, and you may choose to pay them or leave the image as-is.
