	Terms of Service Terms of Service By commissioning me you agree to everything listed below Payment Price is based on a rough estimate of the amount of time it takes to be completed, some projects may take longer depending on the complexity and revisions which may alter the overall price. The price is dependent on the amount of detail and how far in the process the piece will be going (sketch, line, color, etc.) Payment Methods Paypal is the only payment method that I currently accept. When using the “Send Money” feature please make sure to identify your username so I have an accurate record of the commission being paid for. Please also remember to choose to “Pay for Goods or Services” with “No Shipping Required” as choosing to require shipping will cause the payment to not go through and choosing to give money to “Friend/Family” will require me to refund you as it isn’t for business use. When to Pay Full payment is required before I will start on a commission, this means I’ll have to wait for Paypal to transfer the payment before I start, which is why “Pay for Goods or Services” with “No Shipping Required” is the required form of payment as it almost always transfers payment in a few short moments. Refunds For refunds are not really something I offer. I will refund your money if you ask for a refund and I haven't started on your commission yet, but once I start sketching out your commission then I will no longer offer a refund. Rights Artwork I create is still owned by me. I can use it in my portfolio, online galleries or other art websites. If I would want to use your commission in some type of art book or publication, I will ask for your permission first since the character is, of course, still yours. And you are of course allowed to post your commission up anywhere you like as long as I am given credit for the artwork I’ve done. WIPs and Revisions I will provide 1 work in progress and that is a sketch WiP. Once I've started on your commission we can work together to get the sketch phase right, if there is more to be done after that I will make sure you approve of everything before continuing, but once I get your approval of the sketch there will be no more Wips or revisions. Streaming I do try to stream during the week and I can stream your commission on request if you’d like to be present, it can make revisioning during the WiP phase much easier on the both of us and on the opposite end of the spectrum, if you’d like me to avoid streaming your commission then I can work on it off stream. Timeframe I provide a public queue for all to see over on trello, https://trello.com/b/2gcp8qoY/commissions-queue , but you are more than welcome to ask me what you think my timeframe for finishing your piece might be, either through text in chat or you can come to my discord channel, either way is welcome, communication is always encouraged. https://discord.gg/3muYQdw Attention We all have our favorite artists and I’m sure your favorite draws beautifully with a wonderful style, but I will not draw in someone else's style. I do enjoy looking at other styles and my own style will change and evolve as I grow as an artist, but please refrain from asking me to “Draw my character like (Artist) drew him”. Commission Completion You may request a transparent and a PSD version of your commission, but you can in no way edit my art without my permission.
