TERMS OF SERVICE / RULES

I AM A SLOW ARTIST - PLEASE DO NOT COMMISSION ME IF YOU WANT ARTWORK DONE QUICKLY!

- I retain full commercial rights to all artworks I create!
Including but not limited to: prints, general merchandise (mugs, shirts, etc.), paywalled sites (Patreon, etc.), and general public display on any/all of my profiles. (If you want to purchase the full rights away from me, please discuss so with me when we talk your commission!)

- Fragile artist
Chronic health out the wazoo and kind of a pussy; please handle delicately!

- Refunds are case-by-case basis, as discussed with me!
Refunds can be requested at any time for any reason. Please note: you cannot be refunded for work already completed! (Example: ordering a Shaded commission, then asking for a refund at the Inked stage. The cost of an Inked commission cannot be refunded, but the rest can!)

- I can refuse, refund, and/or cancel a commission at any time for any reason, even none.
Cards on the table: this is just a precaution. :"D I do my utmost to keep and work on the commissions I receive, unfortunately, life happens sometimes! (Don't worry about the "no reason" thing - that's only there for if something deeply personal/private happens!)
