Commission Information

Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms of service.

1. Commissioned Artwork Copyright
Rayuna, the artist, retains full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited.
The client has my permission to repost the artwork where they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my FurAffinity page is preferred) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

2. Allowed Commission Content
Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw.

Allowed Content:
● Fantasy/Sci-fi
● Animals
● Fantastic creatures (dragons, monsters etc.)
● Tasteful Nudity

Disallowed Content:
● Gore
● Macro
● Pornographic or fetish art
● Any sort of hateful content (racism, homophobia etc.)

3. Payment Information
All payments are to be made through PayPal in USD or EURO. No other forms of payment are accepted. Please don’t send me any money until you have received an invoice from me.
All commissions are expected to be paid up front and in full. I will start working on your commission only after I receive a payment.

4. Refund Policy
If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
If the client cancels the commission during progress then a partial refund will be given (the initial payment minus the work that has been done).
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation. If I cancel a commission during progress, full refund will be given to the client.

5. Contact and Communication
Discussion of commissions can be conducted via FurAffinity Note or e-mail (rayuna.art@gmail.com). Please be sure to include all important information about the subject you want me to draw.

6. Process
After I receive a payment I will start sketching your commission. Watermarked copy of the sketch will be send to you for approve. Any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage (this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image). After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, it will cost extra. If I make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than 2 to 12 weeks. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.
All commissions are digital. No physical goods will be send to you. After completion you will receive via e-mail an unwatermarked digital copy of your painting in original size. Once a final piece has been delivered, there will be no further revisions or changes.

Sketch

A full body sketch of one character without background (in color and with simple shading).

Base price: 60$
If your character has wings: +30$

Fully colored illustration with one or many characters and background.

Base price for illustration with one character and simple background: 220$
Every additional character: +100$
If your character has wings: +40$
