1) Payments are to be made in USD and through Paypal only.
2) Prices are subject to change based upon demand and the evolving complexity of each commission type. Price changes will be announced on all linked social media accounts and are not retroactive to commissioners currently in the queue.
3) Clients will receive a Paypal invoice directly before their commission is scheduled to begin. Payment will be expected within one week of provision. Failure to pay will result in being dropped from the queue.
4) Clear and concise visual references (at minimum a front and back) for specific characters must be provided.
5) The Client is allowed suggestions for changes once during the sketch stage, and once more during the flat color stage. Minor revisions can still be made after the piece is complete; large revisions after completion will be rejected. I reserve the right to reject any critiques and suggestions I find disagreeable.
6.) Refunds: If the Client wish to cancel the commission during the sketch stage, I will maintain a 5% convenience fee. Client-side cancellation during the coloring stage will result in a 50% refund. If the Artist cancels for any reason, a full 100% refund is made.
7) Cancellations on the Artist's end can occur due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, harassment, or other extenuating circumstances delaying the commission.
8) Communication about commissions will be conducted solely through redruff@gmail.com. Any correspondence that is not specifically about commissions will be ignored.
9) WIPS will also be emailed as seen fit, as well potentially made on all linked social media accounts. Clients are free to ask for spare commissions on their own time.
10) Prohibited material: Explicit sexuality and gore, fetish materials, illegal activities, and hateful or otherwise discriminatory images. Any questions about artistic nudity or sexual suggestion can be handled on a case by case basis.
11) I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a gift I will delay public display as necessary.
12) I retain ALL rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise, and to alter the commissioned work to make it more generic for print. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.
13) The Client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not allow them rights to the commissioned image (see articles 11 and 12).
