Commission

	Term of service All commission prices on this page are base costs, and subject to change on a case by case basis. An estimate will be given for each commission, and once the price is agreed upon it is not subject to change. Payment preference is for payment in full and upfront, before work begins. Payment plans can be worked out for items and orders larger than one hundred dollars($100), but are usually limited to half up front, half before delivery of final artwork. In the case of payment plans any remainder of the commission price at the time of completion must be paid before the commission is turned over to the customer. Payments are taken in PayPal in USD currency, in full and upfront, before any work begins. ~ Payments are preferred by Invoice but also may be made directly ~ Additional fee will be added to cover Paypal fees ~ Once quote has been given and Invoice received, payment must be received within 1 week. Unless otherwise discussed. If payment is not received in 1 week the commission will be dropped and commissioner must reapply. Commission Process: The commission process will be in 4 steps. Step 1.) A sketch of your commission will be created, and exhibited for you to assess. If the sketch is satisfactory then it shall move on to step two. If not, revisions may be asked for (within reason) to make the structure of the drawing satisfactory, as per the revision policy below. Step 2.) Rough sketch will be cleaned and inked. After that no additional changes may be made to the Inks. If not, revisions may be asked for (within reason) to make the inks satisfactory, as per the revision policy below. Step 3.) The drawing will be colored in flats. If you provided references I will adhere to the coloring in those references as closely as possible. Note that the colors provided may alter slightly to accommodate lighting and other elements of the final drawing. After these have been approved it shall move on to step four. Step 4.) The drawing will be fully rendered. Note that the colors provided may alter slightly to accommodate shading, and other elements of the final drawing. The finished piece will be shown to the client. Minor revisions will be considered at this step of the process on a case by case basis. Revisions: (Note: All revisions must be reasonable. If you are asking me to change the pose of a character in the sketch phase of an illustration, that is fine. If you are asking me to redraw the entire thing because you changed your mind, that is another story. Just use common sense when asking for revisions, especially major ones.) Commission Refunds: ~Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis. A full refund (minus Paypal fees) will be given if work has not begun. If I have already begun progress on your commission & then a refund is inquired about, then a partial refund amount will be determined. ~Do not do a chargeback via Paypal; Just get into contact with me (by email or note on FA) and I will be happy to issue you a fair refund. If you do a chargeback without informing me you will be permanently blacklisted. ~Once the commission is 100% complete & delivered I cannot offer any kind of refund as the customer has already received the finished product.
