TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)Hello, welcome and hope we can work together, before sending me a PM for commission, please read the following.
GENERAL INFO
✓ What I draw: anthro, furry, feral, humanoid, creatures, original species, monsters, dragons, blood and gore, violence, military and war theme, simple or blurry backgrounds, nsfw (has own set of prices)
✖ What I won't draw: hardcore kinks, politics, humans and human faces, mech and robots, latex, extremely colorful characters and complex designs, complicated backgrounds, licensed characters (aka canon characters from cartoons, games, etc.), MLP characters
WORKING WITH ME
▾Start
⋄ I work only after 100% prepayment, all prices are in EUR. Payment done via PayPal invoice only.
⋄ No minors. I will only work with clients who are 18+
⋄ Payment plans are available if the price for your piece exceeds 300€. But not longer than 2 months please!
⋄ Be aware that I may charge extra if your idea or character is too complex for me, character has additional limbs, or requires nudity. NSFW arts has own set of prices.
⋄ Refunds are available only if I can't complete your commission, in this case I will message you. I will not refund you on your request.
⋄ Please be mindful of my art style as I will always stick to it and won't remove features that defines it. I will not draw in someone else's style, nor parody anyone else's features.
⋄ Be aware that I work only with visual references of your character. But you may give pictures you find suiting for ideas.
⋄ Please stick to clear and simple descriptions, do not send me 3 album pages of text. Any inspirational images or scribbles are welcome!
▾Process
⋄ I will be sending you all WIPs of the work.
⋄ I don't take any extra fee for fixes, so feel free to point out or redline my mistakes, I'm always up to fix them.
⋄ However I may take extra if you agreed on the sketch but decided to change something significant after I've done more than 50% of the work.
⋄ If you won't like the sketch altogether I can re-do it with no extra fee.
⋄ I do not work with deadlines.
After I started to work on your commission it generally it takes me 1-3 months to finish one work. I make sure to inform you if I have any delays.
⋄ You can note me about status of your commission or you can check it on my page, if you would like to stay in touch we can use Discord or Telegram, note me for id.
⋄ My to-do list is not a queue. If I have few clients, sometimes it's more efficient to start with easiest works.
⋄ If I have a lot of work I may take a short break in between, I'm a human after all.
▾Conclusion
⋄ After commission is completed and ready I will send you a Dropbox link to full 300 dpi resolution image for personal use and signed small scale for public upload.
⋄ You can edit your commission however you want, use as icon, banner, upload to your page ect., the art is yours, but, please, include the credits. Work Can NOT be used for commercial purposes.
⋄ You are NOT permitted to upload my work into AI for edits, training or any other form.
⋄ Know that I keep all the rights on the art I have made.
⋄ My art is important for my portfolio, if you decide you don't want your commission to be public I will take 50% extra of the price of said commission.
⋄ I have all rights to decline your commission without any explanation.
⋄ Feel free to ask any questions any time!
