Terms of Service Thanks for your interest in commissioning me! Before you do, please make sure to read the below!
By commissioning me you automatically agree to the below terms.
I reserve the right to edit and update these terms as necessary.
Basics
• Commissioner and their character/s must be 18 years or older to commission explicit work.
• I retain the right to refuse commissions.
• Commissions will be accepted via comment on offer journals, YCH submissions, notes, or through Discord.
• Prices in USD, through Paypal only.
• Payments will be made via invoice. Do NOT pay me before I send you the invoice.
• At least half payment is expected upfront.
• I will always allow and greatly appreciate tips, especially to cover Paypal's rising fees.
During the Inquiry
• During the initial inquiry, please be clear and precise with what you want. Specify commission type, wanted poses, etc.
• I need AT MOST three (3) image references of your character. If you want a colour image please provide a coloured reference. If you do not have one, please prepare a labeled colour swatch.
• I will automatically refuse characters with separate images for every part of them (e.g. one image for hair, one for shirt, one for pants, one for each accessory, etc.)
• Please do not note me excessively for progress. If I have not contacted you in over a month feel free to poke me. Chances are I got very busy or sidetracked.
Will/Won't
• I will draw explicit work, basic fetishes, humans, anthros, kemonomimi (humans with animals ears/tails)
• I have a difficult time drawing armor, robots/mecha, gore, excessive size difference.
• I refuse to draw hate imagery, scat/watersports, loli/shota, inflation, fetishized fat, vore, babyfur/diapers.
• If your request doesn't fall under the refusal but you're unsure if I will accept it, feel free to ask. I will not be judgemental.
Work in Progress Terms
• Commissioner will always be provided with work in progress (WIP) images, sent via note for approval.
• Commissioner is allowed three (3) changes in the sketch phase before additional charges will apply.
• Changes asked for in the lineart stage will be immediate additional charge.
• For changes after initial 3 in sketch phase or any in lineart phase, each will cost $5.
Permissions
• The commissioner and I are both allowed to reupload the image/s to other websites, granted the commissioner gives credit to me.
• Links back to me are appreciated so I can see comments!
• The image/s will NOT be used by myself or commissioner for commercial use (unless otherwise contracted).
• Commissioner is not allowed to make edits to the image with the exception of resizing. If a specific size is needed please be clear in the initial request.
• If the commissioner wishes to remain anonymous or not have me upload the image, please be clear in the initial request.
Refund Policy
• Refunds will be given only before the first sketch WIP note.
• I won't do partial refunds.

Reference SheetReference sheet of your character. Price varies depending on complexity. Basic includes frontal shot and colour chart. Outfits, back shot, expressions, items, etc will be extra and open for discussion. All reference sheets come with flat colour and your choice of clean lineart or sketch. Shading upon request. |
