TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOUR AGREEING WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I only work on commissions ONE AT A TIME

1] I will not be rushed to make your commission for a certain date or event, I will not speed up progress and take my time, this is due to my health conditions. For this, i HAVE to take my time and go at my own speed, I can only manage 1 drawing a day

2] When giving details about your commission, you HAVE to tell me as clear as possible, bullet points for example. I'm Aspergic so this has to be clear for me to understand. (don't talk to me like a child)

3] I will accept if the commissioner is wanting parts of their badge to be changed, depending on what they wish to change, I may charge extra for fixing this. If it's as simple as changing colours then that will be fine and I will do for free. however if it's something complex such as having to draw something again and colour it again, then I will have to ask for charges. BE AWARE OF THIS.

4] Commissioner MUST be able to have an easy way of contacting me, via Facebook. This is so that I can get the sketch approval from you before moving onto a digital form. Each step is checked with the commissioner to ensure they are 100% happy with the results.

5] If the commissioner fails to let me know in advance if they are away or anything when commissioning me or fails to message/note me within 2-3 days after letting you know that i have completed a stage in need or approval, I will cancel your commission.
If the commissioner wishes to commission me again, after not responding, they are welcome to. however, will be put to the back of the queue line.

6] I work on commissions currently between 9am to 3pm (British standard time)
Be aware of this as time difference can affect your commission, such as number 5.
3 pm onwards I manage incoming commissions and maintain social media. This is my downtime to relax and unwind.
