Fursuit TOS

♪ We ask 50% upfront  in order to save your spot job with us, also we’ll be buying some materials with that amount.

♪ After the first payment you can deposit the amount that you can/want

♪ We don’t take payments longer than 3 months

♪ We start working in the suit once you reach at least the 50% of the total

♪ If you cancell the commission and ask for a refund we take 100 usd from the total and 

  ♪ money spent on materials will not be refunded (100+ material cost). If we didn’t bought any 

  ♪ materials when you asked for a refund, only 100 usd will be charged.

♪ We only take paypal

♪ We don't make refunds if the suit it's complete and you want to cancell it. The suit woll be send to your home eitherway if it's full paid.

♪ If you stop paying the suit and you simple disapear, we'll save up your money and the suit for 2 weeks. If we don't recieve an answer in that time, money will be not refunded and we'll sell the suit. 

♪ If the suit is half done and you want  a refund, money spended on materials along with 100 usd will not be refunded, we'll keep with your fursuit commission and putting it for sale always acrediting your character's right or changing the suit's apparence. The rest of the money will be refunded to the client.

♪ Costumers will have 1 month to test the good operation of the product.

In the event of any failure or malfunction of the factory it must be returned for

a repair (client will have to pay shipment, not for the materials)

♪ We don't make responsable how courier or customs manipulates the box

All our products get out of here 100% healthy and tasted[center]

Cancelation of Guarantee:
Incorrect use, handling maintenance by the costumer of the suit
Incorrect repair, modifications or amplifications by the costumer of the product
No suits with obvious signs of tampering will be accepted.
Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents and incorrect use of the product are axcluded from all guarantees
