Terms of Service1. When sending your information, please make sure that all information is accurate and up to date. If I am either not given enough information, or given inaccurate details, then you will be charged for any changes that I have to make on a commission. (This includes things like body types, genital sizes, fur patterns/markings, etc.) If it was my fault for misreading something sent to me, then you will not be charged.
2. PARTIAL PAYMENTS: If the commission is a Soft Shaded image I expect 20% of the final payment upfront. After I do the sketch I expect the rest. ((Note: It is alright to pay the entirety up front for colored work)) If your commission is a Sketch I expect full payment upfront. If needed, we can work out a payment plan but I can only do so much work depending on the amount you've paid.
3. Depending on how much work has been done I can offer refunds. I won’t offer a full refund after I start sketching.
4. If you are using someone else’s character in an image, I'm assuming you have received permission to use their character; however, it is preferred you have them send me a note that they approve of the use of their character. If not, I can’t be held at fault for the second party disliking the image in question and no refunds will be given.
5. If you are wishing to use a character of mine and your request does not fit my character’s personality then I have a right to decline said request.
6. Please try to refrain from frequently asking about your commission (for example: asking me every few days for progress.) If you need it done by a certain time then I will be more than happy to push you to the front of the list. If not then please be patient with me.
Most of the time, there are a few people in my queue at a time. To balance it, your commission may be worked on a few days after it’s been paid for. It will be done! 💖
7. Do not edit my work without my permission or post the edited work without my consent. If you need something fixed or changed, please come to me.
8. By commissioning me, you are not buying the copyright to the image, therefore you do not have the right to edit, sell, or modify my signature or the image itself without my written consent. If you want to buy the rights we can negotiate.
9. Your commissions may be sold as prints or in art pack CDs. As a courtesy I can remove your art from the CD or not sell as a print but if I'm not given a notice then your piece will be sold by default.
10. I do not put 'character © to their owner' on my images. The only thing I'll put on a piece is my signature.
11. I no longer give out .sai or .psd files unless it's needed for a project like a dress up game or animation. If you absolutely need it for some reason other than mentioned we can probably work out something.
12. I have the right to sell a rejected sketch as a YCH.
13. If I don't receive word within a week of sending the final commission I will assume the commission is completed and there will be no more changes. |
