Strafy's art flow procedures:
Planning -> Sketching phase -> Line art phase -> Coloring phase -> Final picture
1A) Payment is via Paypal only in United States Dollar (USD). You may send me payment anytime before or after the sketching phase. Line art phase will not commence if I do not receive payment by then.
1B) I will send you my Paypal email address if you're an interested commissioner. You can contact me through notes on Furaffinity or Deviantart. Additional avenues of communications are Skype and Steam.
1C) When sending payment, do NOT include your physical delivery address. Due to Paypal receiving fee charges, I would have to ask for slightly more to justify the deduction so I can get the proper amount.
Paypal charges 4.4% on the payment sent to me, plus another fixed deduction fee of 0.30 USD. (Last-checked 28 Sept 2014)
1D) If I am somehow unable to complete your commission, I will refund you based on progression of your commission piece. I will contact you if I'm unable to finish.
1E) If you confirmed your commission and later decide to suddenly cancel it while it is in-progress, I shall only refund you 25% of what you paid me.
1F) My pricing is flexible and might change at any notice. Your commission price may cost more than the base price depending on your proposed idea. Complexity of the idea also adds in.
1G) All my commissions are digital only, however, you may print them out yourself after they are done.
1H) I will provide you with one high and one low resolution version of your image, in PNG. format. I will post the low resolution one on my page if I choose to post your commission.
2A) You need to first give me a description of your proposed commission idea. From there, I will decide and inform you if I can draw what you have in mind. Your idea may or may not be altered accordingly.
2B) I, as a furry artist, have a limit on things that I can and cannot draw. Currently, I do not do NSFW commissions. Please approach me if you have any queries on my capabilities.
3A) You are required to link/give me reference sheet(s) of the character(s) you want drawn. Reference sheets must be of reasonable quality and must be clear.
3B) If not, you need to be extremely detailed in your description(s), or else your character(s) may be drawn wrongly. Special features should be highlighted to me beforehand. Illegible and badly-written descriptions are frowned upon.
4A) I will draw to the best of my abilities; however, discrepancies may occur. I will do my best to correct all minor errors which I make.
4B) I will be showing you previews of the work-in-progress. Please highlight if anything is wrong immediately. However, this does not give you the right to be rude towards me, or be a push-over.
4C) Please check the line art preview carefully before I start coloring. Additional charges are imposed for fix requests during the coloring phase.
4D) Elaborate or complex fix requests will cost as much as the fix requires.
5) If you need an artwork commission by a fixed deadline, I will tell you if I'm able to complete it in-time. We can work something out.
6A) All completed pictures may be uploaded by you to your own accounts, although you must link back to my submission or FA userpage when you credit me in the description.
6B) I reserve the right to choose if I want to upload your picture on my own gallery or not.
6C) Removal of my signature must not be done without my permission.
6D) I do not touch or edit completed pictures after they are confirmed done.
6E) Do not claim the artwork as your own, please link back to my userpage at least.
7) This disclaimer is not static and may be changed without notice at Strafy's discretion.
