+ All payment is required 100% upfront.

+ All payments must be made in USD.
+ All commission inquiries must be sent via note to http://www.furaffinity.net/user/rutuba/.
+ Please do NOT send me emails. Note via FurAffinity is the only method of communication I will use regarding commissions. Thank you for understanding.
+ I will NOT draw certain fetishes like inflation, vore, or anything involving bodily waste. If you have questions regarding a particular kink or fetish other than those I just mentioned, feel free to send me a note.
+ I have the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.
+ Commissions will be completed on a first come first serve basis. Those that send payment for their commissions first will be put at the top of the list.
+ You are welcome to repost your commissioned art anywhere online as long as credit is given and my original watermark remains intact.
+ You may NOT repost any artwork that you yourself did not pay for!
+ All commissions are posted publicly on FurAffinity by default. If you do not wish for your commission to be posted online, you must let me know upfront.
+ Please provide reference sheets or images of your character so I am able to draw them accurately. If you do not have visual references, please describe your character in as much detail as possible; species, sex, color palette, markings, features such as wings, horns, mane type, etc. I will do my best to design your character the way you want them to look!
+ If applicable, please provide any information about your character’s pose, facial expression, etc. upfront. If you are unsure about what exactly you want for your commission, I am happy to bounce ideas back and forth with you. If you would like me to have all artistic freedom with your commission, I am okay with that as well!
+ I will send a preliminary sketch via note for you to approve before moving on to the final stages of your commission. If any alterations need to be made to the pose or facial expression, make sure to give me as much detail as possible at this stage! Once the art is complete, I will only allow superficial alterations to be made (editing the shape/color of a marking, for example.) After color and shading are added, it is very difficult to go back and fix the pose, so if you see anything wrong with it PLEASE let me know at the sketch stage! An additional fee may be required for the extra time/effort if I need to do any extensive editing after your commission is completed.
+ I do NOT send out sketches for your approval with YCH commissions, as the preliminary sketch will already be public in my gallery.
+ All commissions should be completed within approximately 2 weeks. If I expect it to take any longer, I will be sure to let you know asap. Please don't hesitate to contact me if it's been over 2 weeks and you have not received an update! |
