Terms of Service

1. Payment is due at the time that invoices are sent out. I will not start a commission until I receive payment. When messaging me about commissions, be sure to include your Payment information.

2. Payments are non-refundable. The only time i will refund a commission is if for some reason I am unable to complete it. If you decide after being sent a work-in-progress that you no longer want the commission, a partial refund may be given but time spent on the piece will still be paid for.

3.For most commissions, I will send one WIP sketch for revision. At this point I can make small changes as requested. If confirmation is not sent within 24 hours I will continue at my own discretion.

4. I reserve the right to charge extra for things such as complicated outfits/armour, props, complex character designs, etc. I will always confirm the amount beforehand in these situations. if you have any questions about this please message me before commissioning.

I will draw nudity and suggestive themes, I may refuse to draw certain fetishes or sexual themes.

All art is © SootAshby. I reserve the right to post any of my art online or elsewhere. I reserve the right to reproduce my art for my own profit. Do not post my art elsewhere without my permission.
