with proper communication and agreement form the artist, some terms below can be subject to change

General terms
clear reference material (ref sheets, written descriptions, multiple artwork e.c.t.) is preferred, and if unclear material is provided I reserve all rights to decline commissioner's work.
speaking nicely would be appreciated.
please do not ask about the commission on a consistent bases. two times a day is an acceptable amount but if the commissioner were ask anything more than that I reserve the right to refund the needed amount and discontinue work.

Payment
commissions must be paid in full and upfront.
the accepted payments options are DA points though the commission widget, and PayPal in AUD.

Process
I will send WIPs throughout the whole process and make changes as per customer request.
although any large changes after the sketch phase (for example, redrawing the hair or having to draw a new expression or pose) will be subject to extra charges if line art is started. Small changes although (like moving or adjusting something) are accepted in the lineart phase.
time for commissions can vary from 1 day - 3 weeks depending on conditions like complexity of the commission, health, work and life in general. if something does happen to impede my work you will be notified immediately.

Customer Satisfaction
I will make as many changes as desired in the sketch phase.
although, in the line art phase, if anything requires me to re-draw something major and forces me to go back to redraw the sketch, (like changing a big pose or a big design change that wasn't my own error) I will ask about compensation for such. cost of compensation will never exceed 50% of the original commission price.

Copyright policies
since I have been the one to produce the artwork have all rights to it. this incudes; to use the art as advertisement, post the art on my social media and print it out if necessary for portfolios.
The commissioner is allowed to;
use the artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
print the artwork, and claim the right of your character(s) but not the artwork itself.
use the art to promote yourself with proper credit to the artist.
The commissioner is NOT allowed to;
reproducing/using the artwork commercially. (meaning selling it in anyway, including keychains, shirts and anything made with the intent to gain money.)
taking credit for the artwork.
removing the watermark present, unless previously agreed upon.
altering the artwork without consent from artist.

wanting commercial rights to art work
with commercial rights you are allowed to make any merchandise with the artwork. this includes wanting to use the art work for printing, selling, promotion material and alteration in order to gain profit or otherwise.
the price of buying this will always be 300% of the original price of the commission.

Cancelling/refunding policies
I reserve the right to refuse any work, and refund any money associated.
if a cancellation were to happen in the sketching phase I will only refund the portion of work I have not done. (for example, commissioner wanted a full colour for $4 but cancelled at the sketch stage I will keep $2 for the work I've completed)
cancellations and refunds after the project has entered line art stage are not allowed, and the commission money is considered pay for the work already done.
if the commissioner hasn't sent any money they reserve the right to cancel.
