Terms of Service- Please read before commissioning me!Recently updated March 26, 2020
Things I Will Draw:
-Animals
-Anthropomorphic aminals (furries)
- LGBTQ+ themes
-MOST Trademarked characters (Pokemon, My Little Pony, etc.)
Note: I will draw them in my own style.
-Landscapes/Buildings/other backgrounds
-Short comics
Things I Will NOT Draw:
-Fetishes
- Other people’s characters without their permission (unless it is a gift)
-Gore (excessive violence, small amounts of blood is okay)
-Humans
-Anything offensive, hateful, or politically charged
-Porn/NSFW
If you are unsure, just ask!
General
-Turnaround time varies from 1 week to 3 months, depending on the complexity of your commission and my schedule.
-I will send you sketch WIPs (work in progress) of your commission. After the sketch is approved, your commission will be finished in 1-3 weeks.
-The commissioner will have the opportunity to make any major changes to the commission at the sketching phase. Afterward, only minor changes will be administered.
- If the commissioner chooses to make changed to the commission once it is finished, I will charge $3-10 per change, depending on how long it takes.
-I may charge an extra fee for your commission, based on: character complexity, outfits, poses, prompts, and backgrounds.
-If you would like your artwork to be finished in a certain amount of time, a 30% rush fee will be charged.
-The artist reserves the right to reject a commission for any reason, such as: rude or inappropriate behavior towards the artist, or an emergency that prevents me from working on your artwork.
Artwork Usage
-The commissioner can:
- repost their artwork as long as they give credit to the artist
- use their artwork for personal purposes
- use the artwork for personal merchandise, as long as they do not resell it (prints, stickers, etc.)
- The commissioner cannot:
- crop out the artist’s watermark
- claim that they drew the artwork
- use the artwork for commercial purposes (such as using the artwork in merchandise in order to gain profit)
-The commissioner pertains all rights to their respective characters.
-Those that have not commissioned do not have the rights to repost, copy, trace, heavily reference, or steal the artwork.
-The artist has all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise, and the right to display commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal.
Payment
-The payment must be paid in full via PayPal or Venmo in USD unless the commission is more than $100 USD.
-If the commission is more than $100 USD, a payment plan can be arranged with a 50% downpayment. I will not send the commissioner the finished artwork until the commission has been paid off completely.
Refunds
-A 50% refund will be made if your commission has not been started.
-Once your commission has been started, your commission will NOT be refunded.
-Full refunds will only be made if there is an emergency or an issue in which I am not able to finish your commission under any circumstances.
By commissioning me, the client agrees to the following to all of the above terms.

When do your commissions open?
A: The easiest way to keep track of my commission openings is by subscribing to my Telegram art channel because it alerts you as soon as I open.

Can I have multiple commissions per slot (ex. commissioning an icon and a ref sheet)?
A: Sure! I won’t take more than 2 at a time though.
I don’t have a reference/drawing of my character. Will you still take my commission?
A: Yes, except for chibis or stickers.
Do you send WIPs/sketches for your commissions?
A: I send out sketches for all commissions and a colored WIP for shaded pieces/refs.
Can I print out my commission?
A: You can do whatever you want with it as long as you don’t: 1) claim that you drew it 2) use it for commercial/profit purposes 3) crop out my watermark.
When will my commission be finished?
A: Check my Trello queue. I try to finish all commissions within 6 weeks, but real life happens and I will let you know if there is a major delay on your artwork.

How do you do payment plans?
A: I like to take at least 50% downpayment, and then ask for the remaining owed money right before I finish your commission. I will not send you the final artwork unless you have completely paid off your commission.
Do you do NSFW?
A: No. I might do suggestive art though, depending on the context. Feel free to ask me if you need clarification.
Do you do fetish art that isn’t technically NSFW?
A: No.
