* By commissioning me you agree to these terms.
* I have the right to accept / decline commission.
* I will only produce NSFW artwork for people over the age of 18.

◈ Rights

⋆ I reserve the rights to the image created by me and have the rights to post it on my galleries. If the commission is a time-sensitive gift posting will be delayed by commissioner's request.
⋆ If you wish to stay an anonymous commissioner, make sure to let me know beforehand.
⋆ You may inquire about the commission progress at any time.
⋆ You are free to upload the commission picture everywhere they want and use it for social media banners/personal prints/wallpapers etc.
⋆ You may not use or reproduce my finished commission piece for commercial purposes, or to sell to an individual/company without my permission.
⋆ I deeply appreciate it if you give me credit somewhere on the page where you put your commissioned work.

◈ Payments

⋆ All payments will be paid using Paypal invoice.
⋆ All payments will be in USD.
⋆ I, the artist, will not start the commission until the payment has been made in full.
⋆ Extra characters costs +50% of base price.
⋆ Extra details cost +10 USD base, depending on the complexity.
* Payment must be made within 5 days. Any later than this will result in cancellation.
⋆ Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. However, if there is a personal issue on my end that prevents me from finishing your commission, I have the right to cancel it and fully refund you.

◈ Process

⋆ After your payment received I'll send you WIP for approval/corrections in each stage. (Sketch, Lineart, base colors)
⋆ After approved and corrected i will not go back to change it again.
⋆ I am not responsible, or obligated to rework a commission if what you are requesting was not included in your commission description.
⋆ Please let me know if you intend to edit any piece of finished artwork. If something is wrong - I will absolutely fix it if it was something done incorrectly or missed on my part.
⋆You will receive a high resolution PNG version of the commissioned piece.
