-Refunds are not available on any of my adoptables, I will however tweak colours and fix any drawing errors you might find, if requested

-Upon receiving payment I will note you the links to the files in dropbox for you to download as soon as I can, the files may not be there forever so make sure you don't forget to save them

-It is not mandatory but I'd appreciate if you'd credit me when re-posting any art you have purchased from me

-Removing the credit signatures from the bottom of my purchased art is strictly not allowed, I may move them or make them a little smaller if it's a big issue for you however

-If you are looking to purchase a pre-made adoptable and have told me you are interested I will wait 24 hours after I have replied with my payment details to receive payment before I re-post a reminder on said adoptable leaving it open for anyone to purchase, first come first serve I'm afraid
