Commissions up to 100 USD must be paid upfront entirely. For commissions of 100 USD and up I will always send the sketch(es) for review before I continue.
Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable.

After the work is done, I will send you the high resolution file and a watermarked preview for web use. If you want to publish the image online, please use the watermarked version.
