Short Fiction and SnippetsSince I've done a few commissions and keep being asked for details I figured I might as well establish the baseline.
Generally I ask for $10.00 per 1000 words, but I don't really like starting at less than $20.00 even for short works.
Also, I've decided in light of the difficulty in getting a lock on characterization there will be an additional $10.00 flat fee for fanworks. This will be in addition to word length or anything else and merely to represent how I might have to research the series in question to know who I'm writing about. As much as I like writing fanfic stuff, I've been hamstrung before when starting work on series I didn't have much background in and would like to minimize that. I might waive this if I really do know what its about already, but that probably means writing it from my subjective viewpoint of the characters.
However I'm also considering putting a short snippet option for even smaller things. Though I might just put that as a patreon thing if I ever get around to setting one of those up. If done these would necessitate short (five hundred words or so) things that would price at $5.00 dollars. Which means basically just the "action" whatever it might be.
Also, I'm not sure if I feel comfortable taking really long commissions, such as those that exceed 15,000 words or more, merely as it can get cumbersome to edit and review as a single piece.
I might also rate the certain additional complexities as requiring more funds. A large cast of characters interacting, a particularly difficult setting to get a grasp of, that sort of thing. As well as issues with what kinks/fetishes/tf/furry stuff I'm able to do.
I'm not going to write any of the following:
*Diapers or infantilization
*Scat/watersports
*Vore/digestion
*Extreme weight gain
*Hard non-con
These are questionable subjects to ask me to do, since I'm not sure how well I can work with them. Also I'm considering asking for more money to take a swing at them. Even in the cases where I have already tried these things I tend to be very particular with how I like to see them done:
*Animal/human
*Inanimate tf causing death or total personality sublimation
*Inanimate tfs in general that don't feature impossible locomotion and animancy despite it.
*Vore not related to digestion, including cock-vore, unbirthing, etc.
*Absorption tfs (tf into a limb, genitals, merger, etc.)
*TF subject being rather miserable during and after the story concludes.
*Non-con in general honestly.
*Bimbo or intelligence draining tfs.
*Male to female, especially if it contains normal aspects of forced feminization plots.
*Age regression, though any sort of infantalization is not to be considered and combining this with intelligence draining makes it unlikely.
Subjects I have written at length on include:
*Slut or sluttification
*Breast expansion, both by way of magical growth or magical implant creation.
*Female to shemale or female to feminine male, often still identifying as female despite this.
*Female to vaguely anthro creatures.
*Female to male animals.
*Animal tfs in general.
*Female to shemale anthro creatures.
*Moral degeneration and transformation, though degradation and intelligence drain are not aspects of this work often. I write a lot of lateral tfs into porn stars or strippers but generally I like it if the subjects are successful and happy post tf.
On a final note, I like to publish my works and as such a totally private commission would drastically increase the price. It would be doubled in cost at a minimum.
