TERMS OF SERVICE***PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING***
COMMISSIONS/YCH TOS:
AS OF 5/22/24 I will only work on commissions if you have paid in full. I have been burned too many times at this point. If you need to work out a payment plan with me, please contact me and I will try to work with you! I want my commissions to be available to even those in difficult financial situations.
All commissions are done on a first-paid-first-served basis. You might have gotten queue spot 1, but if queue spot 2 pays before you do, they get bumped up. I will, however, work on multiple pieces at once.
I reserve the right to reject any and all commissions.
I will send in-progress updates to make sure you like how the piece is turning out! I don't like keeping people in the dark, you aren't mushrooms.
I will do small edits to your finished commission if you so wish. (changing a color, adding markings, adding glow, etc)
If you hide your bid on any auction, you will be blacklisted for 6 months from all adopt and YCH auctions.
If you have not gotten your commission within two (2) months after payment, you may request a full refund.
I own all the artwork I produce, but I do not own your characters. Please no using the art I produce for you for commercial purposes without asking first.
You may post your commission wherever you would like, just as long as you link back to the original submission or to my FA page.
You may not remove my watermark in any circumstances.
Pricing notes:
If you want more than one character in a commission, I will generally charge an extra +50% of the original commission price.
Price may vary due to complexity/simplicity of characters. (Such as extra limbs) I will always discuss this with the commissioner and make sure the agreed upon price is fair for both parties.
If you wish to have one of my characters featured with yours, it will only be an extra +25% of the original commission price.
NSFW is usually +5$-10$, prices may be subject to change due to complexity of situation, genitalia, etc. I will ALWAYS discuss this with the commissioner.
Backgrounds are usually +15$, price varying on complexity/simplicity. I will ALWAYS discuss this with the commissioner.
ADOPTS TOS:
I reserve the right to reject any offer made on adopts.
If you hide your bid on any auction, you will be blacklisted for 6 months from all adopt and YCH auctions.
If I am the artist of the adopt, I may be willing to do edits such as change a marking or color.
You may do whatever you want with your adopt. You may change anything on the character. Once YOU buy it, it is YOURS. The only thing I ask is that you credit me as the original artist if it is of my own design.
Please do not use any adopt design of mine for commercial use, at least without asking and getting my permission first.
You may not remove my watermark under any circumstances.
