Terms of ServiceARTWORK RIGHTS AND DISTRIBUTON
- I reserve all rights to my artwork and WIPs including sharing, publishing, re-posting and altering the artwork as well as selling prints, physical and digital items of the artwork unless specifically requested not to by the commissioner prior to payment.
- My clients have right to publish, share and re-post medium (public) versions of the artwork with my signature visible on socials without my permission. They may also use commissioned artwork publicly for personal icons, banners and profile picture cropping without my permission and make personal edits.
- My clients have right to use large (private) version of the artwork for their private use and share in a narrow circle of people.
- I do not allow my art to be used for commercial purposes or profit unless commercial usage is specifically requested by the commissioner and agreed to by both parties. Full or partial rights of the commissioned artwork may be bought for an additional fee.
- In case client want to keep finished artwork private for some time or would not want WIPs to be used or showed anywhere, they can note me beforehand.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
PAYMENT
- Prices in USD.
- Full prepayment before sketch after idea approval.
- If during the work edits goes too far from the sketch, I will take an extra charge for large corrections.
- Payment via EasyStart (cards only, using Stripe).
- No refunds, they're technically not possible.
- Tips are welcome!
COMMISSION ANNOUNCEMENT AND AVAILABILITY
- Before opening commissions, I make Furaffinity journal and Twitter post where I announce approximate day and time when I will start taking commissions.
- I open commissions with posting Furaffinity submission/journal and Twitter post with a price list.
WILL DRAW
- SFW and non-porn adult works
- Anthro and feral furry characters
- Character of any genger
- Architecture, landscapes, tech. or complex compositions
- Any kind of realistic or fantasty genres such as sci-fi, cyberpunk, horror, fantasy, primal, ancient, history or else
- Artistic nudity
LOVE TO DRAW
- Sci-fi, cyberpunk, primal, ancient and dark themes
- Artistic freedom
WON'T DRAW
- MLP characters
- Humans
- Stolen characters
- Any other kind of things I feel uncomfortable to draw (ask to be sure if I will accept your idea for art)
CHARACTER CREATION
- For character creation with clients description or my interpretation of it I will charge +30% extra of basic commission cost for each created character for "Headshot" and "Rendered Sketch".
- For "Grey Scene", "Color Scene" and "Reference Sheet" character creation will cost +50% of basic cost.
- If character have a simple design, I will work without charging extra.
COMMUNICATION
- For communication with client I'm using Twitter DMs and Fur Affinity notes.
- I accept both formal and informal communication style so client can use any that comfortable for them. Just try to be clear in wording your commission wishes, it will really help us to make drawing faster and better.
- I also accept and enjoy any kind of informal conversation if client wants to talk about something other than their commission.
- If the client feel uncomfortable using Twitter or Fur Affinity for communication about commission or want an informal conversation, they can ask for my Telegram or Discord.
WORKFLOW
1. Client send me a note with all details of their idea. I accept NSFW images and references as details.
2. I agree to work (or refuse), clarify and disquiss with client details about the commisson. If commission idea does not suits me, we can try to find an option that suits both of us.
3. Client make full payment within 48 hours after idea approval and I start to work on their commission according clients queue.
4. I send to client one or more sketches to choose one and we do edits on it.
5. I send to client detailed sketch to last approve and start to move to final picture.
6. During the work I send to client WIP's to correct small details. Big edits will be cost extra fee.
7. I provide to client complete work with two PNG versions: medium (public) size for public usage and large (private) size for private usage.
