Excessive changes at any point during the commissioning process will inquire additional fees. We understand you wanting your purchased work to be perfected to your liking but our time is only as valuable as the amount you can pay. Payment is usually done upfront but at the client's discretion, can be done on their terms no later than after the approval of the initial rough work and planning. Any refunds will be given with a deduction equal to the amount of work completed at the time of request. Upon applying for a commission, you will be placed into a queue and will be messaged again when you are up to be worked on. From that point, barring any disruptions, about a 1 week max wait time can be expected between paying for and receiving your finished commission. For comic commissions, this wait time may extend to as long as 2 weeks to account for the larger overall work load. You can ask for updates at any time!
