Terms of ServiceDO'S & DON'TS
I CAN DRAW
• Original Characters, Fan Characters and FanArt.
• Human/Humanoid, Kemono/Anthro, and Sonic characters.
• Armor and high detail characters.Moderated/symbolic blood.
• Fantastic creatures
I WILL NOT DRAW
• NFSW/Explicit content of any kind (soft Ero is ok)
• Hate Drawings, Politics Drawings
• Realistic or feral Furry characters. (except for mascots)

GENERAL INFO
• I reserve the right to reject or cancel your commission.
• I don't work with character descriptions. But you can send me collages and moodboards for me to make the design. Design might include an extra fee.
• My working days are from Monday to Friday, and during the weekend I might not reply to your contact message (DM, email). Please, stay considerate of this.
• Complex characters may come with an extra fee depending on personal criteria.
• Your commission can become private for extra 50% of the total price. This way it will not be ever published on any of my social media.(*)
• Without any additional payment we can agree to not post it before a certain date (For example, Vtuber debut, model reveal, birthday present, etc.), or I can post it stating your name as "anonymous".
(*)If later you want to "release" said commission so that both you and I can upload it to the networks, you only have to send me a note or message, but the extra amount that you were previously charged will NOT be refunded.
PAYMENT PROCESS
• If you want to work on the commission outside of VGen, I only accept payments via PAYPAL INVOICE
• If you want to work via VGen, I can accept payments via PayPal and Stripe, and the process will be fully managed from there. (highly recommended)
WORK PROCESS
• After payment completion I will come back to you with the first sketch idea for the art. This will be a concept sketch before doing the final one, so you can change anything at this first step, with a limit of 3 big changes.
• Reaching the cleaner sketch, I will make a maximum of 1 important change at no additional cost. From the second revision I can charge an extra fee for each change or refuse to make more changes.
• I will send you WIPs (Work In Progress) each time I advance to the next step of the illustration. I need your explicit confirmation that everything is good to proceed.
• For Skeb/SurpriseMe! services, no WIP will be sent, and corrections will be only allowed if I missed a certain important detail on character's design.
• The estimated time to finish a single illustration is 10-20 working days from the moment I start working on it. If you have ordered more than one illustration or there are other orders ahead of yours, the waiting time will be longer.
• The maximum period that I can take to place your order is 4 months (in the worst case, see, mental or physical health issues). Whenever something happens that delays the order I will keep you informed.
• If you need the illustration to be done by a specific date (example; it is a birthday present for someone else) you must state it in form. You may be charged an extra fee for prioritizing your order, depending on the waiting list.
• You can ask for payment plans, based on the final price for your work. I will start only with the first payment, and the piece will advance with each milestone. I will only deliver the final piece once the full payment is done.
REFUNDS AND CANCELING
I only make refunds in the following cases:
1. I miss a set deadline without explanation and mutual agreement to move said deadline forward.
2. I miss the max deadline stated on the terms, for whatever reason.
• If you make a refund request of the payment, you will lose all rights to any image or service that I have made for you, in addition to granting me the right to sell said images to other customers.
• After receiving a refund you will NOT receive the file of the piece I have been working on so far. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me if it was a forced, unjustified refund request.
• In addition, in case of forcing the return, you will be blocked thus losing any opportunity to buy my art again (commissions, adoptables ...), and will be put on a public list, with a description and evidence of the situation, to warn other artists of potential clients that could harm them.
PERSONAL - COMMERCIAL USE
As the artist, I’m allowed to use the artwork to:
• Upload the image to any network of my preference.(*)
• Use said illustration to promote myself wherever I want.(*)
• Offer editable files on Patreon or similar platforms for educational purposes.
• Publish books with it.
TIER LIST OF USE LICENSES
[Partial Commercial Use - Price x1] This tier allows you to use the artwork freely if you wish to use it on personal profiles or streaming/monetization platforms, social media platforms tied to your business, in personal or promotional videos, or other promotional materials - the art does not earn you money itself. Ex:
• Profile picture, banner for social media accounts.
• Collection purposes art.Gift for someone else.
• Turning into merchandise for PERSONAL use. (You can give stickers to your friends!)
• Discord servers.
• Stream, Vtuber, PNGtuber assets.
• Indie productions as: Free to play or paid games, CD/book/music video cover art, book illustrations.
[Full Commercial Use - Price x2] Special commercial use, when you are going to sell merchandise of any shape or form using my artwork. You are not obliged to use my watermark on the artwork and do not have to credit me on the product (But it would be appreciated). Ex:
• Any sort of merchandise, such as stickers, keychains, dakimakura, prints, etc.
It is possible to change the license to a higher tier, but not to a lower one.
(*) If you want your commission not to be uploaded to the network publicly, an extra charge of 50% of the original price will be made. This should be clarified in the form at the moment you ask for a commission.
Full Commercial Use is NOT available for the following services:

• SurpriseMe! Couple Sketch
• SurpriseMe! Bust Up
• Sponsor a Personal Artwork!
Partial Commercial Use is NOT available for the following services:
• Sponsor a Personal Artwork!
