WORKING PROCESS IF YOU WANT TO ORDER A COMMISSION
Step 0. Customer checks if my commissions are open. If so, we go to the first step;
Step 1. Customer writes me a private message with all the art details;
Attention (1)! I don't work with text description of char appearance, you need to have a reference or arts with your character.
Attention (2)! If your character(s) has an extremely complex coloring, military armor, weapons or you're asking for an extremely complex background, I can increase the price of work.
Step 2. I agree to work (or refuse), clarify all the details that are not clear to me and then I send the customer instructions for payment;
Step 3. Customer makes payment within 24 hours and only then I start working;
Step 4. I send one or more sketches to the customer to choose one;
Step 5. The customer can ask for some changes for free. I draw the final version of the chosen sketch and I send it to the customer for final approve;
Step 6. I send flat colors with lines for final approve. No WIPs after flat colors step!
Step 7. Customer receives the art and all of its versions (if any) in full size + web size.
Done!
DEADLINE - discussed individually, depends on the complexity of the art and the number of commissions I have at the moment. Usually varies from 1 week to 3 months
PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
- Yes, I draw full private commissions or private versions of public commissions.
- FULL private commission costs +100% of the price. Private VERSION(S) of a public commission costs +50% to the price.
- If you want a private commission, this should be negotiated before the payment stage. Changing the type of commission to private commission after payment is only possible with a surcharge of 100% of the order price.
PAYMENT:
- Payment via EasyStart (cards only, using Stripe)
- Full prepayment, payment in USD
- Payment within 24 hours from the moment of the order if other time of payment isn't specified
- Refunds are technically not possible, keep that in mind
How to use commissions. Rights of the author and the customer
Rights of the author. The copyright on the final art belongs to me. I have the right to place on the art signature with my nickname and other info, to place the final art in my own gallery on other resources, to use the final image in other projects, artbooks, portfolios, etc.
Rights of the customer. The customer has the right to use the image only in non-commercial purposes. Web version of the image is intended for public use, full size image for personal use! |
