TERMS OF SERVICE- RULES and REGULATIONS!Updated as of February 20th, 2023
To avoid any potential trouble I’ll say it right now, there are certain things I will draw and certain things I won’t. I reserve the right to turn down commissions without having to explain the reason, please understand

Rules steps by step:
1. If you receive a commission slot, I will note you on FA or contact via discord/telegram. You have 24 hours to respond.
2. If the request follows all of the rules I will respond as soon as I can. If I don’t respond, please double-check that your request follows all of the rules.
3. Once I answer, it means I accept. I might have additional questions about your request so please pay attention to your notes. Once everything is sorted out, please be patient as I work
4. I will send you progress shots of the commission. If there is something you don’t like I will do my best to fix it (within reason).
5. Once the commission is complete, I will send you a small teaser as proof that I’m done.
6. Please pay first! We can negotiate a payment plan if necessary!
7. BE POLITE! AND PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE! :) Immaturity is not tolerated.
8. Please DO NOT commission me if you are nit-picky about how your OCs, backgrounds, or characters are drawn. This will lead to longer wait times and added stress that is not needed for both parties. I will not negotiate a surcharge for this behavior either.
Important note:
Please be polite, respectful and patient with my work. If you don’t follow these rules and steps then the commission will be officially canceled and I will not continue to work on it, please be aware of that. Thank you for understanding and for reading this.
Payment Plan Policy:
If you need a Payment Plan, this is how it works.
You will be paying in 4 installations.
There's an initial down payment, then I start working on the example sketches. Once I'm done with that, you'll have to pay me to continue the line art. Then once the line art is done, pay again for me to do the coloring. And finally, the last payment is for me to give you the finished art.
In simpler terms:
Down-payment > Lineart > Color > Get the HD file
Payments should be completed in about a 30-90 day time-frame.
Failure to do so will postpone the commission further. Please alert me if you can't meet the time-frame and we can try to work something out.
Service Charge
Effective: June 23rd, 2022
Due to PayPal's service fee policy, I must add on a service charge 5.0% of the value of your total commission to make sure I receive the actual amount of money.
Example: Commission total is $525.00
525.00 x 0.05= $26.25
Commission total + Service Charge: 525+26.25
TOTAL= $551.25
