TERMS AND CONDITIONSBuy purchasing a commission or adopt in any form (ych, custom, commission, or adopt) from me, you automatically agree to my terms of service and promise not the violate them under any circumstances, whether or not you have actually taken the time read the terms of service. Reading the terms of service is expected of the commissioner.

General
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, this includes, but is not limited to: making me uncomfortable, being excessively rude during the commissioning process, etc.
The commissioner will receive regular updates on commissioned images as I work on them at these stages: sketch, lining, and colour.
The commissioner may inquire about more updates, but is only guaranteed the three updates.
Regarding Adoptables
Buyers may have holds put on adoptables for a maximum of three days on one adoptable per sheet. After the three days are up I reserve the right to put the adoptable back up for sale.
If the buyer has not payed within three days I reserve the right to put the adoptable back up for sale.
Regarding Minors (under 18)
I reserve the right to refuse to do business with minors (people under the age of 18) or with people who refuse to tell me their age.
I will not draw explicit commissions for minors.
I refuse to do business with anyone who has lied about their age on their Paypal account.
Regarding Finished Work
I reserve the right to issue a refund and notify the commissioner if I cannot finish or complete a piece.
The commissioner will receive a full-resolution version of the commissioned image when finished.
I maintain full intellectual property rights of my work.
I reserve the right to display commissioned pieces for self-promotion.
The commissioner will receive two versions of the finished piece, a full-resolution version of the commissioned image and a slightly smaller and watermarked version of the commissioned image.
The commissioner may not edit or obscure my watermark on the image.
The commissioner may not edit, crop, or otherwise alter a commissioned image.
The commissioner may repost the watermarked commissioned image to Tumblr or Furaffinity, but it MUST contain credit and a link to my gallery at the top of the image description.
The commissioner may display the image publicly on their tumblr blog as a sidebar image, profile image, icon, blogdoll, or background or as a other social media icon.
The commissioner must give visual credit on their tumblr or other social media when used in this way.
Credit must be given by displaying a link to either my Tumblr (starry-sproutling.tumblr.com)or Furaffinity(www.furaffinity.net/user/starrysproutling), as well as a link to the original image if posted on my account.
I reserve the right to refuse the commissioner permission to display the image on any website that is not Tumblr & FurAffinity.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission service for any reason.
If the commissioner violates these terms at any point, I reserve the right to refuse further service to the commissioner. |
