	Terms Of Service 1. Agreement You must be 18 years or older!! -No refunds will be given after completion of your commission. -Credit to the artist (me!) will be required when uploading to your galleries and websites. (It's good for an artist's business and shows support! I and all other artists appreciate it!) -Characters of the commission you have purchased will be credited should I choose to upload the work I have done. (If you wish to remain anonymous or to keep your commission private, please let me know!) -You must own or have permission to use the characters involved with your commission request. -Please provide a reference sheet or references of your character- I do not design characters from scratch, sorry! 2. Rights and Reservations -I reserve the right to increase the price of a commission based on complexity- an agreement will be made BEFORE I begin your commission! -I reserve the right to increase the price of a commission if large or excessive change requests are made by you (the commissioner) and/or a co-commissioner (your friend or secondary person involved). Errors to character markings made by me will not count towards a change request. Please, let me know! -I reserve the right to DENY a pre-commission REQUEST based on complexity where I feel I would be unable to provide satisfactory results, and/or conduct that I deem disorderly by a potential client. -I reserve the right to DENY a commission CHANGE based on complexity where I feel I would be unable to provide satisfactory results. -I reserve the right to CANCEL a commission based on inappropriate or disorderly conduct of a client. A REFUND will be provided. 3. Payment -PayPal only! -Please ensure that you have the necessary funds before contacting me for a commission. -An invoice will be provided and payment via PayPal will be required after agreement upon a sketched draft of your art. -As work is being done on your art I shall keep you updated with a Work In Progress (WIP) to ensure you are happy with what's being done. -Your work should be complete within 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of the commission. You will be notified of any delays if they occur! 4. Copyright & Usage Policy a. I hold all rights to the artwork produced and am allowed to use the copyrighted works for displays on my websites and social media. b. You, the commissioner, hold the rights for non-commercial personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. These rights include, but are not limited to: • Printing commissioned artwork. • Rights to Characters and Intellectual Property that are owned by you, the commissioner, displayed in the artwork. • Promotions and displays on your websites and social medias given the proper credit. c. You, the commissioner, are not allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for commercial use. This includes but it not limited to: • Selling copyrighted artwork or creating tangibles out of the copyrighted artwork with intent to sell. • Minting copyrighted artwork or links containing copyrighted artwork on any form of crypto currency. • Publishing or posting copyrighted artwork on Non-Fungible-Token (NFT) focused websites or services. • Using the copyrighted artwork to train AI image generation machines and programs. d. Infringement upon this Copyright/Usage Policy will result in a DMCA takedown.
