Commission Selection Process:
After providing the information requested in this form, I will review the requests, select the ones I'd like to work on for this round, and contact the commissioners via the preferred communication method (above).
If you do not receive further communication from me within 7 days of submitting this commission request, I was not able to take your request for this round, but please feel free to submit again in the future!! Unfortunately I often receive more than I could possibly do at once, as adorable as many of them are; just because I couldn't complete it this time doesn't mean I would be opposed to it in the future ;w; 💜
Commission Completion Process:
After contacting the commissioner, discussing details, and finalizing the project, I will complete a sketch pass and send it via the preferred communication method. The commissioner can then either request changes, or approve the sketch for ink (or cleanup sketch, depending on choice above) and color.
I accept three free revision passes before adding on a +$15 fee for additional revision passes (up to 5 total). A revision that requires completely restarting from scratch will require a +$30 fee for time spent on the first pass.
Once this sketch pass is done and approved by the commissioner, I will send the invoice for the price of the finished piece.
Upon receiving at least half of the total payment (partial payments will be enabled on the invoice), I will complete the ink/cleanup and color. The piece will be sent for final approval. At this stage, revisions can ONLY be made to color (choices concerning linework should be finalized in the sketch phase). Further revisions will count towards the 5 total revisions from above. If additional revision fees are necessary at this stage I will send a separate invoice for them.
When the final piece is approved and full payment is received, a full resolution JPEG (PNG available on request) will be sent to the email provided for PayPal invoicing, unless it is expressed that sending over Discord alone is preferable. I will post the piece on Twitter and FA following said approval, and of course, the commissioner can post it as well, wherever and whenever they would like :3c
The following will be found at the bottom of the PayPal invoice sent to the provided email. Please ensure that you have read and understand the following:
"By paying for this/these commission(s) listed, you agree that you are 18+ years old at the time of this sale in compliance with PayPal regulations.
By paying for this/these commission(s) listed, you agree that both you and the artist (Paxton Stranger) have the right to post these artworks, online or otherwise. All copyrights to Original Characters (OCs) remain that of the original owners. The artwork(s) will be delivered electronically to the commissioners via email upon completion using the email provided for this invoice, unless another delivery method has been specified (e.g., Discord messages).
If the artist notifies the commissioner that they are unable to complete the artwork, a refund of this payment will be delivered to the commissioner via PayPal." |
