The above prices are for cost per piece, and are not refundable. (if you are not pleased with the work after receiving it I will be glad to refund the final price of the work (excluding shipping) minus this price)
Important Notes:
1:A standard charge of 1$ per hour will be quoted to you with a minimum of 24 hours worth of run time. This is to account for the unpredictability in run time. If your print runs longer than 24 hours, the difference will be listed on your receipt.
All special orders will be given an additional 10$ charge on base price (actual cost + shipping divided by 5) due to additional time and effort required to set up a successful print.
2:Multiple Images* are only available on sizes larger than 6x8. They have an additional price of 5$ per image with a limit equal to the number that I can realistically fit onto a give size. This is to compensate for the additional set up and run time needed, and an additional .50$ will be added onto the standard hourly rate, and will be reflected in your quoted price. (This additional .50$ is not per image, it is for total run time.)
3:The base material I use is Bass wood, the base prices listed above reflect the cost of this material. Specialty woods, such as cedar or oak, will receive an increase in base cost corresponding to the cost of the new material divided by the number of pieces each 12x24 panel can provide of the ordered size.
For example; one 12x24 panel can produce eight 6x8 pieces, so if the panel costs 10$ each piece that it produces will cost 6.25$ (10$ divided by 8 pieces is 1.25$)
4:Specialty Items* are items that are, in some way decorated. I offer hand cut barn wood frames in sizes of 8x10 or large, and for Naturals, I offer hand cut barn wood shelves, but can do many other things as well. The base price for these items reflects not just the cost of the material, but also the sourcing and additional labor involved in the production of the finished piece.
5:All pieces will be finished and sealed at no additional cost, and all pieces at least .75 (3/4" or 19.05mm) thick will come with saw tooth hangars for wall mounting. At this time I do not offer stands for smaller pieces, or alternatives for thinner pieces.
6:You will be responsible for the cost of shipping, and it will be reflected in the quoted price as well as in the final bill.
7:I do charge sales tax. Sorry, but this is required.
8: A receipt with a complete break down of your total bill will be sent with your product, but all payments will be collected in advance.
9:Natural items are restricted to one image per piece as the nature of the material makes it difficult to accurately predict the outcome of the piece. These are pieces cut and sold with the bark still on them, and an area of much softer wood that is conducive to charring or catching fire, therefore the risk involved with sizing multiple images to fit on these pieces is not worth the price I would be forced to charge to compensate. With that said however, these do lend much better to being upgraded to specialty items than any of the other sizes available for that subsection. |

For multiple images I charge an additional 5$ per image to the base price listed above. Below is the maximum number of images I can realistically fit into each size.
8x18: 2 images at 4x5
9x12: 2 images at 4.5x6
12x12: 4 images at 6x6
6 images at 4x4
Please note that all images will be sized to fit within the given dimensions and may or may not be exactly sized.
If the total print time of your multi image order exceeds the base price + 5$ for each additional image, a charge of 1.50$ per hour of run time will go into effect. For example; if you order a print with 2 images your adjusted base price will be 15$. If the total run time exceeds 15 hours you will be charged 1.50$ per each our of run time. if your print takes 20 hours your final price for the piece will be 30$. (1.50 x 20 hours) If it takes 15 hours, you pay 15$ for the piece.
The reason for this is to compensate for the additional set up, and running costs like electricity and wear on the machine. |

Specialty items are hard set at a base price of 30$. This is to offset the cost of any additional supplies that I will need to complete the item.
What I offer here is a simple upgrade to any base piece 8x10 or larger. At these sizes I can easily affix small decorations, frames, or shelves to the piece without issue of diminishing the artwork you provide.
For the Naturals more often than not the bark itself provides a frame for the image, and any shelves or decorations can easily add to this effect. In the event that a print on one of these pieces fails but is still of good enough quality to be sold. I will offer this upgrade free of charge. (that's actually how this particular subsection came to being)
For other items like the base 12x12 I can size the images to fit inside a hand cut barn wood frame (usually taking only about an inch of the panel on all four sides.) In place of the bottom piece of the frame, I can affix a small shelf to run the length of the piece which is more than suitable for any small trinkets you might want to put with the image.
This can be added onto any multi image order, or used on a single image, but keep in mind that the hourly rates will still go into effect if the print takes longer than the base price for the specialty item ordered. This means that any single or multi image print that takes longer than 30 continuous hours (unlikely) will be charged at either 1$ or 1.50$ per hour respectively. |
