COMMISSION RULES AND FORM By purchasing a commission you indicating that you've read Rules and agree with them.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.
RULES:
• I work on full prepayment OR for 400 EUR+ commissions I can accept 50% before sketch / 50% after done sketch, I don't accept things "I will pay you the rest after art is done"
• I accept info/description only into private messafes of FA or my email. NO telegram, NO twitter, NO discord. It's easier to mark a message and save info here than there.
• After payment you will get a dirty - pose sketch, then base coloring and then I will finish a picture
• You can ask for big fixes only on sketches stage! (not on lineart of after finishing).
• Two fixes of the sketch are free. Starting with the third fix, they become paid (negotiated separately in each case). This is kind of protection against very picky guys, it's hard to work with them.
• I reserve the right to publish the drawing, if the commission wasn't private.
• Private commissions are ok - costs extra - ask me, about +50% of the price.
• There is no deadline unless otherwise specified.
• Refunds are not available only because boosty blocks artists if they get a refund. Anwyay the rest is negotiated in each case.
• I may use any art I draw, examples - for art-shows and selling in printed form. In any case I will include on all pictures used your copyright information (your nickname, name of the charachter)
All problems that have arisen will be resolved peacefully (through negotiations).
You are allowed to use your picture as you wish (uploading to gallery, use it in role-play, avatar, etc).
To get a High Quality of your art, you can ask for it, I will need your e-mail (if the drawing was ordered long time ago, it maybe impossible).
