GENERAL ♥ By commissioning me, partaking in a raffle or paying for YCH you automaticslly agree to my TOS. ♥ You have the right to note me if you have questions considering my TOS or to solve doubtful situations. ♥ I reserve the right to take any commissions and YCH anytime and finish them in any order. ♥ You have to be over 18 years old if you’d like to order an NSFW artwork. ♥ I might decline your request if it’s not suitable for me, so please don’t pay before we discuss all the details and I confirm that I accept your request. 2. ARTWORK ♥ You can request any revisions (pose, etc) after I send you a rough sketch. Only small revisions could be made after the piece is finished. ♥ I’ll start to work on your piece after I recieve the payment. It would generally take me 1-2 months to finish your piece (I’m busy at work + studies), but in some cases it might take up to 3 months (for complex pieces). I’ll notify you about my progress on your commission. ♥ I have all rights to the artwork. I reserve the right to upload, repost, delete, change, use and sell the created art without sharing the profit. ♥ My commissioners may upload the complete art in their galleries and repost it to any platform but only crediting as the author. They may also save the art they've commissioned and use full sizes for personal purposes. ♥ I’ll DM you a link to my GoogleDrive, DropMeFiles or email you with your commission after I finish it. I only share finished artwork and I do not send .psd files. Please note that I clean my GoogleDrive regularly, so please download it in advance. 3. PAYMENT ♥ I accept payment via PayPal, ko-fi or Hipolink only. ♥ You can only cancel your commission before you pay for it - after that I won’t issue any refunds and you will receive a sketch or a WIP. I will only refund in case of unforeseen situations when I can’t finish your commission. ♥ Payment should be done within 24-48 hours. If you can't pay within this time period, please discuss it with me in advance. ♥ You can only pay 100% upfront. Payment more complex and expensive pieces ($200 and up) could be split in halves.
