Terms of payment:
-Payment in US dollars or RUB.
- You can pay for your order using EasyStart  or Boosty  or Hipolink  . Unfortunately, I cannot use PayPal because it is blocked in my country. Sorry for the temporary inconvenience.
- Most payments are taken up front and must be done within 24 hours after claiming a slot.
- Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable.
-Full prepayment or partial payment (discussed individually).
-The slot is reserved for you within 24 hours, if no payment has been made during this time, I will remove you from the queue. If you cannot pay at the appointed time, your situation is considered individually.
-Payment is made after providing information and a full description of the order.

Rules and rights:
-I reserve the right to use any image I create for sale and presentation at Dealer Dens, at art exhibitions, and in print. Also, I can use all images for Patreon projects and other digital projects (without changing symbols).
Important clarification: you also have the right, as a customer, to ask that your art remain private and not be used by me in the future, posted on Patreon/Boosty, etc.
-You cannot wash or change my watermark

High resolution file or multiple files for private use only and file for general use. You are only allowed to upload a file to the gallery for public use.
-Clients can download and use the work in any way, but not in commercial use.
-If you would like an order not to be placed before a certain date / time, please let me know in advance. When the work is finished, I will send it to you and upload it to my gallery.
-I can draw private art if you want to keep the work private, for personal use, or if you don't want your personality to be posted in my gallery. Also, I will not upload it to my gallery, but you cannot remove / change my watermark.
Work with the commission:
• The work with the commission GOES STRICTLY in the order of the queue according to the To-Do List.
(YCH works are on a SEPARATE list and are done upon redemption of all slots)
• If necessary, you can ask me to provide you with a sketch of your work so that you can request changes if necessary. If there are no fixes, I start drawing.
• The execution of one art-commission can take from 1 week to 1 month. Full art takes longer. Also remember that I am also human: unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you ask, I can tell you the approximate waiting time for the commission on my current queue. Also, do not forget to follow the updates of the To-Do List, I am editing it in the process.
• When I finish your commission, it will always be posted in my gallery. I will ask you to give your e-mail to send you the original work in PNG format. If I forgot to do this, don't hesitate, you can always ask me about it).
• I do not provide PSD files. (This option is for Patreon only and for personal use)
• I will work with you only if you have a reference or existing drawings with your character. Descriptions are only accepted if the character is very simple. In case you provide me with several works with your character - I am not responsible for color errors, especially if this part of the character is missing from the provided art. In such cases, add a description to the jobs.
• Be more specific about what you want to see in the end result, it is very important that the commission is done efficiently and quickly.
As an example, you can give me a rough background, pose, etc.
Or you can give me creative freedom and I will draw the way I want :)
• Until I start, you can change your commission or character.
Editing rules:
• Edits at the sketch stage - it's free
• Edits in the background stage
- small changes - 20$
- completely change the background - 50$
• Edits at the final stage (you forgot to indicate / add something,
but the art is already ready) - 50% of the value of your order
Please, when you place an order, be vigilant, make the right choice of what you want. If you forgot to specify something - this is your mistake, and you need to pay for it, as well as fixing errors and correcting - this also takes my working time.
