Terms of ServiceUPDATED 5/6/20
Thank you for expressing interest in commissioning us. We're a husband and wife team offering art and story packages at low rates.  aurion-magnus draws and  theophilus writes. If you have any questions, feel free to note either of us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to reject commissions for any reason and alter our Terms of Service. If we alter our terms, we'll let the community know and any commission we've already accepted will still be subject to the terms available at the time of the transaction. Thank you for understanding.
PRICING
Art varies depending on what you commission, but stories are a flat rate of $15 per 1,000 words rounded down. That means 1,000 words and 1,999 are both $15. If you purchase an artwork and story combo, the story flat rate drops to $10 per 1,000 words. The artwork and story don't have to be related to get the discount. Each story commission is a minimum of 1,000 words and an upfront payment of $15 is required to cover the 1,000 word minimum. Payment for stories that exceed 2,000 words will be collected when the story is completed, but before the story is released to the commissioner.
WHAT WE WON'T DRAW OR WRITE
Blatant sexual intercourse and hardcore porn. However, nudity and erections are okay.
Baby fur, water sports, scat, other gross fetishes, futa, and characters under 18 depicted in illegal activity.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
PayPal is preferred. Note either of us if you'd like a commission. We collect a 100 percent payment before starting a commission. Payment plans are available for orders greater than $100 USD.
You can cancel a commission at any time, no questions asked, and we'll refund you your money minus whatever work we've already completed. Once you receive your commission, payments are non-refundable.
WORKS IN PROGRESS
We'll provide you with a rough sketch for your approval. Any changes you'd like to make to the artwork will be free, within reason. For example, adding an extra character would be a change we'd have to charge for.
DEADLINES
If you don't receive your commission within 30 days of submitting your payment, you'll receive a full refund as well as whatever work we've completed. Days waiting for your approval of a sketch don't count toward the 30-day deadline.
RIGHTS
We reserve the right to use your commission however we see fit unless you expressly ask us to not do something. For example, if you don't want your commission uploaded to our galleries, we won't upload it. You also have the right to upload art and story commissions to your gallery as long as you credit aurion-magnus for art and theophilus for writing.
