BG - SimpleA full background, but all background items are done with linework and colored in a similar-ish style to the type of piece. Flat colored BG will be just that, flatcolored with very very simple shading to help with depth for the scene, and shaded BGs will be a bit of a softer shading style than on the characters themselves.
BG pricing relates directly with the complexity of the BG itself. The price range here is JUST a guideline and not a solid pricing guide. |

Complex BGs take the most time, and I pull out all the stops and actually delve into some of my old painting knowledge to create a beautiful backdrop somewhere between an actual painterly BG and sort of a scrapbook/storybook kind of look. These BGs usually take a LOT more time than the characters themselves and are honestly a lot more involved than I usually like working on. They will increase both the price greatly, and the wait time for a piece with a complex BG to be finished. But man, they look awesome, lol! the only sort of exceptions to this are simpler bg ideas like 'in the snow' or 'at the beach'.
I will occasionally turn down complex BGs on a piece if I A) don't think I can pull it off well enough, B) don't think it would really add to the picture any more than a simple version of the BG would, or C) I just don't want to work on a complex BG right now. If I turn it down for reason C, don't feel bad. There's a reason most of my pictures don't have BGs and thats cause I really don't like working on them usually XD. SOMETIMES though, a picture just really needs it! Usually something with more than 2 or 3 characters to actually give them an environment to live in that makes more sense than floating in a void :P |

These will be handled on a case by case basis, and will usually have anywhere from an extra $5 to an extra $20 (possibly more, depending on the situation).
I'm not against drawing mature/adult artwork, but I got really tired of it from my old account, and I'd LIKE to try to keep this one to mostly clean pictures. I may refrain from posting sexual/adult artwork in my own gallery, but you may repost it yourself no problem! Just... looking though a little-fur gallery and seeing cute kid pictures next to porn is really jarring for me, and also ick, lol.
As far as pictures with mess, wet, or otherwise used diapers, I will NOT draw anything visible/outside of a diaper. Any bodily fluids or waste must be contained completely, no exceptions. I don't want to seem harsh about it, but that isn't something I'm willing to budge on! Now, the, uh, actual amount of said stuff being contained can be discussed DISCREETLY. I'm still new to the littlefur side of the fandom a bit and I'm still not 100% comfortable with talking about that kind of stuff, and I DO NOT partake in it irl at all, so please, use tame language around me regarding that stuff! I'm a shy tiny babe that's still learning, lol
That all said, simple wet diapers that are essentially just quick re-colors are definitely at the cheapest end, usually +$5, if I even remember to say anything about it, cause it's just an extra 30 seconds of coloring to me. On the same lines, diapers with very simple mess fall into that same category, if it's just a simple change of coloring, no problem. It's when it's a, uhm, heavily messed diaper that things will start to go up in price.
Those pieces will ALSO probably go behind a warning icon/preview icon, OR be posted with a link to the messed version based off of a cropped posted thumbnail. Still not sure how comfortable I am with posting stuff like that on here. Alternately I may set up a side account specifically for those kind of things. Or go into scraps. Actually I'll probably do that and make a side folder off of those for people that do want to see those and not offend those that don't! |
