Before commissioning me, please read the following ToS:
I do draw:
⬩Furries
⬩Humans/Elves/Orcs and other humanoids
⬩Animals and creatures
⬩Pin-ups
⬩Mecha, robots
⬩Armor and detailed outfits
⬩Weapons
⬩Cars and other vehicles
I do not draw:
⬩Hardcore gore
⬩NSFW
⬩Real people
⬩Hateful content
⬩Underage characters
If you’re unsure if your commission falls under any of the above please ask!
Process
⬩You can contact me via notes or email (tofineko.art@gmail.com). Please provide all necessary:
➝ visual references,
➝ descriptions,
➝ deadlines if required,
➝ specific file size requirements - the default is 4000x4000px, 600 dpi, .PNG format.
⬩I will send you the estimated price for the artwork and ask you to provide PayPal billing information.
⬩After confirming commission you will receive PayPal invoice in € EURO. Please make sure to wait with the payment for the PayPal invoice.
⬩I will start working on the artwork after the payment. The payment can be split but please bear in mind that I will proceed with advanced coloring and rendering after full payment.
⬩I will do first 1-2 concepts from which you can choose the one that you like the most. At this concept stage all revisions are free. Additional revisions after the concept is approved will cost extra, unless it’s a minor fix or I overlooked details from the initial request.
⬩I will provide work in progress (WIPs) and updates at each stage for approval. The general stages include: sketch concept, color WIP, final artwork. If requested I can provide more updates.
⬩I will deliver final artwork to via email or private google drive link.
⬩I don't do refunds unless I'm unable to finish the artwork.
⬩You can request up to 3 revisions at concept stage. Afterward only minor fixes can be made. Additional major changes after approved concept will cost extra depending on the complexity.
⬩It usually takes me 2 - 4 weeks to finish the artwork, depending on the complexity. More complex work might take longer.
Rights & Uses
⬩Please bear in mind that I may decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable with the subject or for any other reason.
⬩You may use the artwork for personal non-profit use only (eg. print it, post on your socials etc)
⬩If you’d like to commission a commercial piece please include that information in initial request. Otherwise the piece will be only for personal-use.
⬩I retain the right to post commissioned pieces on my social media.
⬩I reserve the right to sign my work.
No AI allowed!
The usage of AI on my artwork is strictly prohibited. That includes, but is not limited to:
- altering the artwork with AI,
- feeding it to AI,
- using the artwork to replicate my style in AI,
- approving and supporting anyone doing any of the above.
