Commission

	TOS General: 1 - I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse or reject a commission for any reason. 2 - If buying a Suggestive/Nude commission for someone else, this requires explicit written permission from the owner of the character drawn, and you must be 18 or older for a nsfw commission. 3 - Editing, cropping, using as icons or for other media is perfectly fine with anything you get from me. 4 - If posting publicly you must credit me or link back to any of my medias found on my page. What I won’t Draw: 5 - Hyper Genitals 6 - Scat 7 - Piss 8 - Vomit 9 - Inflation 10 - Hyper Muscle 11- Anything involving pedophilia or racism or offensive material aimed at lgbt+. If you are unsure just ask! ETA/Turn-Around/Wait-Time: 12 - A few days once the sketch is started unless it's a larger piece. In which case it can take up to a month. Once I've accepted your commission you'll be added to a list where the wait time is usually fairly speedy. However this can take up to 2 months if its lengthy and others are next in the que. Often it's way before this and images are finished within the next few days. 13 - If troubles arise, you will be notified ASAP. Payment: 14 - Paypal Invoice is how I retreive payment. (I'll need your preferred currency so it doesn't charge you for currency conversion. ) 15 - Payment must be made when I start the lineart. Although we can work it out if there's an issue or payments in parts over time is ok too. Refunds: 16 - Refunds are available only during the sketch stage and before lining. 17 - Refunds are not available after the piece has been completed. 18 - If I cancel the commission, the full amount will be refunded. Corrections/Edits/WIPs: 19 - WIPs can be provided upon request. 20 - If a mistake is made on my part (I miss something in the reference material), I will correct it. 21 - No major lineart edits will be made after the commission has reached the coloring stage. 22 - Small edits can be made while art is in progress. 23 - No changes or edits will be made after the work is completed. Rights: 24 - I retain the right to post any art I complete. If requested, I can delay posting. If this is an absolute issue we can work something out. Although I will always prefer to share it. 25 - Finished work may be reposted only by the owner(s) of the character(s) in the image, wherever they wish. 26 - By commissioning me, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
