Commission Terms of Service

Terms of Service:

• Paypal is used as the payment method.
• Do not use AI to alter the final artwork in any way shape or form, or to remove the watermark.
• Should there be 3 major edits done in the sketch part, There will be an extra 15% fee due to the increased time used for sketching. This fee is cumulative.
• Should there be no reference pictures of the commissioner's character(s), or should the character be overly complex in design, there will be an extra 20% fee per character due to the increased time used for sketching to confirm the commissioner is fine with said look.
• Ideas with characters from media in fetish scenes will be denied. OCs based on a species from a media are allowed (E.g. I will gladly draw your Rito or a Pokemon. I will not draw Kass/Revali or Ash's Pikachu specifically.)

• You may color the sketch/lineart you've commissioned from me, provided you give credits where it's due. You have my permission.
• The customer can post the commission to their pages provided I am given credits to the picture with a link to my page.

• Payment is asked once the customer is happy with the base sketch. No earlier, no later. Once done so, an invoice link is given to the customer.
• Upon accepting the payment no major edits are allowed to the linearts without extra cost. Consider the payment as your final chance to ask for edits.
• If the customer wants to cancel the commission after the payment is given, the customer will be given a partial refund of 50% of the paid amount.
• If I’m forced cancel the commission for any reason after the payment has been given, I will refund the whole amount.

Multiple parts: -20% off beyond the first part.
