Terms of servicePayment
- payment via PayPal or bank transfer if you live in EU
- the commissioner takes care of the PayPal transaction fee
- payment either 100% upfront before I begin the work or, on larger pieces, 50% upfront and 50% once the piece is finished. Ask about other payment plans!
What you get
- the original, high quality file sent to you via email or similar means.
- the art for personal, non-commercial use.
- ask about commercial licenses!
- I retain the rights to the piece and may post it on my social media. Let me know if you wish the commission to be anonymous or not published publicly in any way.
Work on process and comments
- Once, during sketching stage, I will send you the sketch for comments. Should you wish any changes to posture, composition etc, now is the time to tell me so I can make the changes. If you fail to give feedback and want large changes to the piece later on, this will cost you small amount of extra as it means more work for me.
Deadlines
- when discussing the commission, ask about deadlines. The more complex the piece, the more time it takes.
- Creating art generally takes a lot of time, and if you want your piece extremely fast, a fast delivery fee can be discussed case-by-base
- if we agree on a deadline and I can not deliver the piece, I will refund the full price to you.
Refunds
- full refund if I can not meet the deadline we have agreed upon
- should you any time decide to cancel the commission, I will refund you the money you have paid minus the amount of work I have already used on the piece.
