Rough Clean AnimationI am a professional animator and I will not, out of pride, do crappy work. I know the true value of my work and I'm still giving you a deal, about a third of the real price, believe it or not!

The pricing is quite variable depending on what kind of animation, how complicated the scene and the character(s) are, how long the scene is and how detailed. This example is what is known as rough-clean and it is a pretty simple character.
Generally it's $1.5 per frame, per step, per character. If you want a 24 frame walk cycle and it's rough, then that would only be $24. If you want it clean, then it's $48. Two characters fighting for 10 seconds, fully clean with shading and at 24 frames per second? $1920. Extra complications, accessories, BGs, etc and I'll tack on some extra costs. Seems expensive I know, but I am a studio animator and this is only slightly close to how much as studio would actually charge. |
