Terms of ServiceFirst of all, thank you for reading this TOS, I design it to facilitate the interaction between me and the commissioner ~
• PAYMENT:
Upfront full payment via Paypal.
• CANCELLATION
Cancellation can be done by either part at any time of the process without the necessary explanation.
- By the commissioner: It will be refunded, however, it will still be necessary to pay a percentage of the work already done.
- By the Artist: Full refund, unless the reason for the cancellation is due to disrespect, immaturity or offensiveness.
• DRAW/NOT DRAW
I work in different styles (cartoon, anime, anthro, chibi, human, etc - check my gallery for references) depending on the commissioner's needs and ideas.
I'm OK with Mature / Adult and sexual themes, but no violence, gore, illegal activities or trademarked characters without permission from the trademark holder.
• NECESSARY INFO
Mainly visual reference (such as art, photos) or text description of your character, scenery, accessory, etc.
But please take into consideration that English is not my native language. And reading/comprehending long and complex text in English may be difficult for me. Simplifying, the less / simpler the better ~
• WORKING PROCESS
I'll send a WIP on the sketching process. When we are done with the sketch and the lining/coloring starts I won't change anything, except for details that I consider necessary.
You can also ask for WIPs during the process.
• TIME
I'll always try to give a prediction of how long I will take to finish your commission, but please take into consideration that Time = Better result.
Any time limit/deadline given by the commissioner will reflect the commission price, since its a special condition.
I try to finish commissions in the same order as they have been requested. However, I may alternate between commissions for creative purposes, in which case smaller commissions may be finished sooner.
Also, I can have art blocks, personal problems as any other artist and human, so please, be patient.
• RIGHTS
I retain all the rights to my artwork unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.
I retain all the reproduction rights to the image, meaning I'm the one who can sell prints, digital copies and any other merchandise.
The client has the right of personal non-commercial use of the image and the right to distribute it for any non-profit purposes (posting on online galleries and social networks). |
