Terms of servicePAYMENT:
Full payment upfront via Lava.top (PayPal or card) or Boosty (card).
Please be wary that I physically can't refund through these services. Plan your finances wisely and make sure that you're set on commissioning me.
DRAW/NOT DRAW:
-I draw pretty much every type of creatures: humans, anthros, ferals, monsters. I won't draw mecha/robots and real people.
-Including armor and/or weapon of any complexity into drawing will cost extra, usually +$20 on top of a base price.
-Designing a character based on description/making full redesign for any type of commission will cost extra, usually +$70 on top of a base price. (i.e. a fullbody shot of a character that doesn't have any reference art will cost $190 instead of $120).
This doesn't apply to reference sheet commissions.
-First three edits/revisions are free. Each next edit is +$10. This doesn't apply to details I forgot to include or drew incorrectly.
-I highly prefer working with fantasy, mythology and nature themes and will most likely decline a sci-fi/urban themed work that includes cars, other vehicles, city landscapes, skyscrapers, architecture, etc.
OR, in case if you really want to include these details in your commission, I'll use stock imagery and 3D models as a base to make my work easier.
-I'm fine with doing general NSFW art but specific kinks/fetishes should be discussed individually.
Process and WIP:
For commissions: after discussing details and receiving the payment, I'll send you a sketch for approval before proceeding. If you want any revisions to be made, it should be done on this stage. After the work is finished I can only do small revisions (like altering colors or adding a missing detail).
For YCH I usually show only the finished piece.
If you would like to recieve more WIPs and see more stages please ask for it in advance.
I'm fine with being given full artistic freedom and deciding on all the details for the piece myself, but I'd still appreciate it if you can give me some general directions and/or provide me with references for poses, clothes and background you want to see.
OTHER:
-I don't accept time-limited urgent commissions. The usual turnaround time for a single piece is about 2-3 weeks.
-I don't distribute files with layers.
-Editing and using my works for commercial purposes is forbidden, unless you bought an extended license, which is usually +200% on top of the basic price of the piece.
-I don't allow for my works being used for AI training and creating NFTs and whatever other tech-scum is out there.
-You are free to post your commissions on any platform with proper credits, use them as icons, banners, print them for personal use.
-You can ask for your commission to be anonymous or private, this comes free of charge. |
